ارزيابي اثر كيفيت علايم افقي معابر شهري بر بهبود الگوي رفتار رانندگان

Evaluating the Effect of the Quality of Horizontal Signs on Urban Streets on Improvement of Driver Behavior

رفتار رانندگان و عابران‌پياده، كنترل ترافيك و تصادفات، تحت‌تاثير نقش و عملكرد واقعي علايم قايم و افقي به‌ويژه خط‌كشي مي‌باشد. خط‌كشي به‌تنهايي و يا به‌صورت مكمل براي ساير علايم راهنمايي، عملكرد مثبتي در اصلاح الگوي رفتار كاربران راه دارد؛ در بعضي از شرايط مانند تفكيك كانال‌ها يا خطوط ترافيك، جداسازي مسيرهاي رفت و برگشت، مشخص‌نمودن محدوده عبور عرضي عابران‌پياده، خط‌كشي تنها تسهيلات انتقال مقررات و تنظيم‌كننده رفتار رانندگان است. حركت وسايل نقليه از بين خطوط ترافيكي يكي از الگوهاي رفتاري صحيحي است كه همواره مورد توجه مديران‌شهري بوده است. هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي اثرات علايم افقي و به‌ويژه خط‌كشي در الگوي رفتار رانندگان شهري در حفظ خط در شرايط مختلف وضعيت خط‌كشي خيابان‌هاي اصلي شهري به‌صورت علمي است. براي شناسايي وضعيت خط‌كشي و كيفيت سطح انتقال پيام، از ابزار و روش پردازش تصوير براي تشخيص ميزان كنتراست رنگ و از فيلم‌هاي دروبين نظارت مركز كنترل ترافيك شهرداري براي تامين داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتايج مطالعات قبل و بعد از خط‌كشي جديد در اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، به‌طور متوسط الگوي انحراف جانبي وسايل نقليه و تمايل رانندگان براي حركت در ميانه خطوط ترافيكي به‌ميزان درصد19 اصلاح مي‌شود. مسيولان انتظامي راهور ناجا و مديران شهري با توجه به وضعيت خط‌كشي و سطح انتقال پيام آنها در اُلويت‌بندي، تجديد و اصلاح خط‌كشي خيابان‌ها و معابر شهري با توجه به نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌توانند موثرتر تصميم‌گيري نمايند.

Drivers’ behavior, traffic control, and accidents are under the effect of actual role and performance of vertical and horizontal signs especially road marking. Road marking alone or as a supplement for other traffic signs, has a positive performance in modifying behavior model of road users. Some conditions, such as separation channels or traffic lines, separation of shuttle routes, identifying limit cross crossing pedestrian, marking are the only facility of transferring regulations and regulator driver’s behavior. Moving vehicles from the middle and the center of traffic lanes is one of the correct behavior patterns that have been considered by city managers. One of the issues in desert areas and places with precipitation with long time after a short time, road marking of city streets and roads between cities under the influence of pollution and the effectiveness of wheeled vehicles; their efficiency and their message transferring is reduced very much. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of horizontal signs especially road marking, on driver’s behavior model in the city for lane keeping in different conditions the status of road marking in the main streets of the city, the image-processing tools is used for determining the status of road marking and the quality of the convey a message as well as for detecting the color contrast. The results of studies before and after the new road marking shows the average lateral deviation model of vehicles and drivers tendency were modified a rate of 19% for moving in the middle of traffic lanes. Officials of NAJA traffic police and city managers can make decisions more effective according to the results of this research with respect to the status of road marking and convey their message in the renewal priorities and reforming marking city streets.
