شناسايي و اُلويت‌بندي عوامل تاثيرگذار در كنترل تصادفات عابران پياده

Identifying and Ranking the Contributory Factors on Pedestrian-Involved Accidents

با توجه افزايش تصادفات عابران‌پياده در حوزه مورد مطالعه، محقق را برآن داشت كه تحقيقاتي درخصوص شناسايي و اُلويت‌بندي عوامل تاثيرگذار در كنترل تصادفات عابران‌پياده در شهرستان دماوند انجام داده و براي اين‌منظور از اطلاعات مربوط به 170فقره تصادف به‌وقوع پيوسته در طول سال‌هاي 1391 و 1392 در اين شهر استفاده كرده است. اطلاعات فوق براساس دوازده معيار، نقش سازمان‌هاي دخيل در ترافيك، رنگ لباس عابران، گذرگاه‌هاي عابران پياده، نوع گواهي‌نامه، روشنايي معابر، شرايط جوي محل تصادف، آموزش، ايمني وسايل نقليه، تجهيزات كنترل ترافيك، اصول هندسي و طراحي معابر، جنسيت، سن، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. هدف اين تحقيق، شناسايي و تاثير عوامل ذكرشده فوق در جهت كنترل و كاهش تصادفات عابران‌پياده شهرستان دماوند مي‌باشد. اطلاعات موردنياز از طريق مراجعه به اسناد و مدارك موجود در زمينه تصادفات عابران‌پياده جمع‌آوري شده است. اسناد و مدارك مورد مراجعه، شامل گزارشات و كروكي‌هاي پليس راهور دماوند درخصوص تصادفات بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي كه به‌روش سرشماري انجام گرفت. نتايج به‌دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه عوامل قيدشده، هركدام به‌سهم خود در تصادفات عابران‌پياده شهرستان دماوند نقش و تاثيرگذار هستند. كه براي هركدام از عوامل تاثيرگذار راه‌كارهايي مناسب پيشنهاد شده است.

The number and severity of traffic accidents, especially those involving pedestrians, imposes a heavy burden on society. This research has been done to identify and rank the influential factors on pedestrian’s accidents in Damavand city which for this purpose, information about170 accidents happened during 1391 and 1392 and also poll by asking from related organizations experts in traffic have been used. This information have been checked based on 12 factor including: relevant organizations role in traffic, color of pedestrians cloth, pedestrians pathway, kinds of certification, pathways lighting conditions, weather of place of accident, training, transportations safety, instruments in controlling traffic, geometric principals and pathways designing, sexuality and age. The purpose of this research is to identify and find the effects of factors that were said before in controlling and decreasing the pedestrian’s accident in Damavand. The required information was collected from referring to documents about pedestrians accidents. Documents about referring (recording) include traffic police reporting and sketch drawing of accidents. This researching method as a description of calibration (gauging) was done in census method all in ah, the obtained results indicate that related organizations road in traffic, color of pedestrians cloth, pedestrians pathways , kinds of certifications, pathways light, weather of place of accident, training, transportations safety instrument s in controlling traffic, geometric principals and pathways designing , gender and age are effective on pedestrians accidents in Damavand and may offers and solutions are offered in these fields.
