ارزش‌يابي فرآيند اجراي آموزش مهارت رانندگي در آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي

Evaluation of the Administration Process of Driving Skill Instruction at Driving Institutes

هدف اصلي در اين تحقيق ارزيابي نحوه اجراي برنامه آموزش عملي فعلي در آموزشگاه هاست كه با بيان الگوهاي به كاررفته در برنامه ريزي آموزشي و شناخت عوامل موثر در يادگيري، ارزش‌يابي و ...، راهكارهاي پيشنهادي براي بهبود امور آموزشي و افزايش كيفيت برنامه آموزش براي ارتقاي مهارت عملي هنرجويان و آزمون رانندگي عملي ارايه مي دهد. اين مطالعه از نظر روش توصيفي-پيمايشي است و به‌همين منظور دو نوع پرسش نامه براي دوجامعه آماري مختلف فراگيران و كارشناسان طراحي شد كه مجموعاً 375پرسش نامه از فراگيران و 112 پرسش نامه از كارشناسان طراحي و تدوين شد. در نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه آموزش مهارت عملي در مدت زمان در نظرگرفته شده، با برنامه زما‌ن‌بندي مناسبي اجرا نمي‌شود. گروه فراگيران بر اين عقيده بودند كه مربيان، برنامه آموزش مهارت عملي را به‌صورت مناسب اجرا نمي نمايند. ولي كارشناسان در اين‌خصوص معتقدند آموزش از طرف مربيان مناسب اجرا مي‌شود. از نظر هر دو گروه آموزشي مهارت هاي علمي در مكان ها و شرايط مختلف و شبانه انجام نپذيرفته و مباحث چهارگانه با كيفيت مناسب آموزش داده نمي شود و در نهايت هر دو گروه معتقدند كه آزمون مهارت عملي با برنامه تدوين‌شده قبلي مطابقت ندارد.

This paper evaluate practical skills training executive process in driving schools and emphasize influential component in the training practical skills. The main poal of this study is reviewing to how execute current practical skills training programs in schools that used pattererns of expression in educational planning and cognitive factors in learning and evaluation offer proposed solutions for improving education and increasing quality of education program to promote the practical skills of students and also practical driving test. At the end of this paper also studied case by case of evaluating practical skills training executive process in Zanjan s driving schools. For this purpose two different questionnaires for two different statistical community include learners and experts was designed a total of 375 questionnaires from learns and 112 questionnaires from expert learns was to be exploited. Statistical community comprised of individuals that were awarded certificates from schools in the current system year 89 or learns attended the practical test at least once. Community experts also include all the traffic experts in Zanjan province director’s founders and educators that were familiar with the certification system. After a full investigation five hypotheses derived and analyzed and tested for both learns and experts that ultimately were of the opinion of experts and learns that coaches do not run training practice skill program property. But experts believe that coaches run it appropriate. According to both at them (groups) Training in different places at night refused to do and four issues are not educating with good quality and ultimately both groups believe that way of practical skills testing is effective on performance the training.
