موانع پيش روي استقرار نظام مديريت كيفيت جامع در هيات‌هاي ورزشي استان بوشهر

Barriers to the Implementation of Total Quality Management in Sport Associations of Bushehr Province

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي موانع و ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب به‌منظور استقرار نظام مديريت كيفيت جامع در هيات‌هاي ورزشي استان بوشهر است. جامعه آماري پژوهش متشكل از تمامي روسا، دبيران و نايب‌رييسان هيات‌هاي ورزشي فعال در استان بود (شهرستان‌هاي بوشهر، جم، دشتستان، گناوه و دير) كه به‌صورت نمونه‌گيري غيرتصادفي هدفمند، 120 نفر انتخاب شدند. همچنين پايايي مقياس اصلي ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده براي اجراي پژوهش از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ به‌ مقدار 81/0 به تاييد رسيد و روايي پرسشنامه نيز با توجه به نظر استادان و متخصصان مربوط تاييد شد. نتايج تجزيه‌وتحليل عامل اكتشافي كه به كمك نرم‌افزار spss18 انجام گرفت، حاكي از آن است كه مولفه‌هاي تحت بررسي در مجموع 66 درصد واريانس را تبيين مي‌كنند. در نهايت براساس نتايج تحليل عاملي موانع استقرار مديريت كيفيت جامع به‌ترتيب اولويت شامل نداشتن فرهنگ ‌پذيرش، عدم تربيت و آموزش مستمر و نبود مديريت موثر است. نداشتن فرهنگ ‌پذيرش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين مانع شناسايي شد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the barriers to implementation total quality management in sport associations of Bushehr province and to provide appropriate solutions. The statistical population consisted of all presidents, secretaries and vice-presidents of sport associations active in Bushehr province and 120 subjects were selected by purposive non-random sampling method from Jam, Dashtestan, Genaveh and Dayeer cities. Cronbachʹs alpha was used to determine the reliability of the applied questionnaire as 0.81 and the validity was confirmed by professors and experts. The exploratory factor analysis by SPSS 18 software showed that the barriers under study explained 66% of variance. Finally, barriers to TQM implementation were the lack of an acceptance culture, the lack of constant training and education and the lack of effective management respectively. The lack of an acceptance culture was identified as the most important barrier.
