A Sociological Study of the Types of Divorce in Iran

اين پژوهش با هدف سنخ شناسي انواع طلاق و زمينه هاي آن انجام شده است. براين‌اساس با اتخاذ رويكرد كيفي و تكنيك مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختاريافته به بررسي درك و تصور سوژه هاي مطلّقه از زمينه هاي طلاق خود و نحوه تفسير آنان از اين واقعه پرداختيم. نتايج مصاحبه هاي كيفي با 36 مرد و زن مطلّقه تهراني درمجموع شش تيپ گوناگون طلاق را شناسايي كرد كه هريك زمينه ها و ويژگي هاي خاص خود را دارد. براين‌مبنا تيپ‌هاي طلاق عقلاني‌ـ‌ فاعلانه، عقلاني‌ـ ‌توافقي، عقلاني‌ـ ‌منفعلانه، عقلاني‌ـ‌ جاه‌طلبانه، طلاق اجباري و طلاق شتاب‌زده به‌دست آمد. اين سنخ شناسي از گونه‌هاي مختلف طلاق براساس ميزان "عامليت" افراد در عملي‌شدن كنش طلاق دسته‌بندي شده‌اند كه اين عامليت خود از دو عامل ميزان "عقلانيت" و ميزان "تمايلات عاطفي" افراد درمقابل رخداد طلاق متاثر است. علاوه براين، تفاسير افراد از "علل طلاق" و نيز برخي متغيرهاي زمينه اي خرد و كلان نقش مهمي در شكل گيري سنخ هاي گوناگون طلاق دارند. يافته ها همچنين حاكي از آن است كه نحوه مواجهه كنشگران با طلاق و زندگي پس از آن و نيز كيفيت كنوني زندگي آنان تحت تاثير تيپ هاي گوناگون طلاق است. ازاين‌رو، پژوهش حاضر لزوم پيشگيري از طلاق هاي شتاب زده و جاه طلبانه و لزوم توانمندسازي سوژه هاي درگير با طلاق اجباري را در برنامه هاي مداخلاتي يادآور مي شود.

The purpose of present study is the typology of divorce and its grounds. Accordingly, a qualitative approach and a semi-structured interview technique were used to study the interpretation of divorced people from their divorce grounds. In this research, the result of interviews with 36 divorced men and women in Tehran showed that there are six categories of divorce each of which has its own characteristics and context. The results suggest that there are different types of divorce named as ambitious-rational divorce, nominative- rational divorce, agreed-rational divorce, passive-rational divorce, forced divorce and hasty divorce. This typology of different types of divorce was classified based on the "agency" of individuals in their divorce action . Also, this agency is under the influence of two factors as the amount of "rationality" and the amount of "emotional orientation" of individuals towards divorce. Moreover, the interpretation of the "divorce causes" and also some micro and macro variables play an important role in the formation of various types of divorce. Also, the findings indicate that the way in which actors deal with the divorce and post- divorce life and also the current quality of their life is under the influence of divorce types. Therefore, this study offers the necessity of prevention of hasty divorces and ambitious divorces and emphasizes the empowerment of actors who are engaged in forced Divorces.
