مقايسه تأثير ارزشيابي باليني به دو روش پورتفوليوي الكترونيك و متداول بر ميزان رضايتمندي دانشجويان

A Comparison of the Effect of Clinical Evaluation by Two Methods of Electronic Portfolio and Conventional on the Level of Students’ Satisfaction

زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی آموزش بالینی در رشته‌های گروه علوم پزشكی به دلیل نقش مهم آن در تربیت نیروهای متخصص حرفه‌ای، از حساسیت ویژه و بالایی برخوردار است و عمدتاً از روش‌های مختلفی جهت سنجش عملكرد و صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان در این عرصه استفاده می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه رضایتمندی دانشجویان اتاق عمل از دو روش پورتفولیوی الكترونیك و ارزشیابی متداول انجام گرفت. روش بررسی در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی، ارزشیابی بالینی 21 دانشجوی كارشناس اتاق عمل در ترم ششم با روش متداول و در ترم هفتم، با استفاده از پورتفولیوی الكترونیك انجام شد. بعد از اجرای كارآموزی بالینی مشابه، رضایتمندی از دو روش ارزشیابی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه سنجیده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری، كمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. نمره كل رضایت از روش ارزشیابی پورتفولیوی الكترونیك (6±5/11) بیشتر از ارزشیابی معمول (1/4±6/6) بود كه این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (64/2=t) (01/0=p). میزان رضایت در ابعاد منصفانه‌بودن ارزشیابی، مشابهت موضوعات موجود با تجربیات بالینی، ایجاد علاقه و انگیزه یادگیری، تسلط مربی در اجرای روش ارزشیابی، دریافت بازخورد از مربی، ایجاد انگیزه برای استفاده از كتاب‌ها و سایر منابع علمی، توجه به ابعاد مختلف ارزشیابی و كمك به یافتن موارد نقص و جبران آن طی كارآموزی در روش ارزشیابی به روش پورتفولیوی الكترونیك بیشتر از روش ارزشیابی معمول گزارش شد كه این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (05/0>p). به‌كارگیری روش پورتفولیوی الكترونیك سبب افزایش میزان رضایت دانشجویان از نحوه ارزشیابی كارآموزی بالینی می‌شود و می‌تواند در رفع نواقص ارزشیابی به روش معمول مؤثر باشد.

Background and Objectives: Clinical education evaluation in the fields of medical sciences is of particularly high sensitivity due to its important role in the training of professional staff, and different methods are mostly used in this field to assess performance and clinical competence of students. This study was carried out to compare the satisfaction of operating room students of two methods of electronics portfolio and conventional evaluation. Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, clinical evaluation was performed on 21 operating room students in the sixth semester by a conventional method and in the seventh semester by electronic portfolio. After similar clinical training, satisfaction of the two evaluation methods was assessed using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The significance level was considered less than 0.05. Results: The total satisfaction of electronic portfolio evaluation (11.5±6) was more than the conventional evaluation (6.6±4.1), and this difference was statistically significant (t=2.64, p=0.01). The level of satisfaction in terms of fairness of the evaluation, similarities of the existing subjects to clinical experiences, creating interest and motivation towards learning, dominance of coach in the implementation of evaluation method, getting feedback from coach, creating motivation for the use of books and other literature, paying attention to different aspects of evaluation, and helping to find defects and compensate them during training evaluation method, was reported more in the electronic portfolio than in the conventional method, and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: The use of electronic portfolio method increases the level of students’ satisfaction of the evaluation method of clinical training and could be effective in the elimination of defects from conventional evaluation.
