كارايي قاعده «تَعليقُ الحُكمِ عَلَي الوَصفِ مُشعرٌ بِالعِليّه» در تفسير قرآن كريم

به نظر مي‌رسد در تفسير آياتي كه در آنها حكم معلق بر وصف شده، در نظر داشتن اين قاعده به كشف علّت حكم مي‌انجامد. بكارگيري اين دستور اصولي در فرآيند تفسير، افزون بر دست يابي به فهم ژرف‌تري از كتاب آسماني، در مواردي به حل مشكلات كلامي و فقهي نيز كمك مي‌كند. آشنايي با قواعد علم اصول و به‌ويژه مباحث الفاظ آن، از بايسته‌هاي مفسّران قرآن كريم است. يكي از قواعدي كه در اين دانش ارزشمند، از آن نام برده شده قاعده «تَعليقُ الحُكمِ عَلَي الوَصفِ مُشعرٌ بِالعِليّه» مي‌باشد. در اين نوشتار كه با روش توصيفي تحليل محتوي انجام مي‌شود، نويسنده بر آن است، افزون بر بيان مفهوم و بررسي ميزان حجيت اين قاعده نزد دانشمندان مسلمان، بايسته‌هاي مفسّران كلام وحي را در زمينه بكارگيري آن مشخص كرده و نشان دهد چگونه مي‌توان از اين قاعده براي ارايه تفسيرهاي گوياتر بهره گرفت.

Familiarity with the principles discussed in a discipline called "Principles of Jurisprudence" especially the part dealing with linguistic bases, is a necessary skill for Quran interpreters. Based on one of the principles of this precious science, if a concept attributed to a subject is bound to a feature, it indicates its causality. In this essay which is of quality approach and uses the concept analysis techniques, the author tries after elaborating on the meaning and the authority of the principle, points out the necessary bases that the interpreters should pay attention to, and by which they manage to offer better and more precise interpreters of Quran. It seems that in the verses where there is a binding of an attribution to a feature, the sentence should be interpreted with phrases such as: because, since, for, for the reason that etc. to should causality. Such terms and expressions will give a better and more exact translation of Quran.
