رويكرد ابوزيد بر سنت و حجيت آن

Abu Zayd̛s approach in Sunnah(tradition) and it̛s authenticity(hujjiyah)

ابوزید با نگرشی هرمنوتیك، با استفاده از دو اصل تمایز دین با معرفت دینی و تاریخی نگری به بررسی سنت پرداخت. او تعریف اصطلاحی سنت و حجیت بخشی گسترده به آن را، معرفت دینی و مساله‌ای ساخته دانشمندان، در دوره‌ای متأخر از پیامبر(ص) دانست بنابراین دلیلی بر پذیرش آن ندید و آن را به نقد ‌كشید. ابوزید با تكیه بر تاریخی نگری، پیامبر(ص) را بشری محدود به شرایط زمان و مكان، دانست و سنت نبوی را مساله‌ای تاریخی، كه نباید از آن تبعیت كرد. از دید او سنت پیامبر غیر وحیانی و همراه با خطاهای بشری بود و حتی در عصر نبوی نیز از آن تبعیت نمی‌شد و به همین دلیل تدوین و جمع آوری نگردید. دیدگاه ابوزید درباره سنت، به دلیل استفاده از مبانی ناكارآمد در این موضوع و استفاده سلیقه‌ای و غیر علمی از آنها، همچنین بی‌توجهی به شواهدی كه ناقض دیدگاهش بود، با اشكالات جدی رو به روست؛ به همین دلیل نمیتوان دیدگاه ابوزید درباره سنت و حجیت آن را پذیرفت.

Using two principles; distinction between religion and religious knowledge, and historical theory, Abu Zeyd considered sunnah by hermenutic approach (theory). He believed the expression of sunnah and giving it wide spreading authenticity, as religious knowledge which is made (up) by scholars after the Prophet (pbuh) period. Thus for him, there is no reason to accept it, so it was criticized by. Depending on historical theory, he expressed the Prophet (pbuh) as human who is limited in temporal and local circumstances in his life. So his sunnah was historical question which should not been followed. In his viewpoint, the sunnah of the Prophet was not inspirational but accompanied with human faults, and it even was not followed in Prophecy period. For the sake of this, it was not codified and gathered. Abu Zeyd viewpoint has serious problems because of using deficient basis in this subject and also applying by entering style and not scientific base, also neglecting documents which appose and reverse his theory.
