A Study of Iran Southern Regionsʹʹ Image during 1940s

يكي از مسايلي كه در خوانش يك اثر ادبي مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد، بررسي نحوه بازخورد تصوير اجتماع و روابط مختلف موجود در جامعه در دنياي تخيل نويسنده است. آن چه در ذهن نويسنده مي‏گذرد بي‏ترديد از برداشت‏ها، قضاوت‏ها و احتمالا ايديولوژي‏هاي سياسي اجتماعي زمان او خالي نيست. احمد محمود، نويسنده نام آشناي خطه جنوب، در رمان همسايه ها با نگاه واقع گرايانه خود توانسته است با نشان دادن مراحل رشد و تكوين يك نوجوان بر گستره روزگار ملي شدن صنعت نفت و دوره فعاليت هاي حزبي، دغدغه هاي نسلي را عيان كند. آشنايي همه جانبه نويسنده با اقليم و فضاي روزگار داستان، خلق زبان و توصيفات قوي، شخصيت هاي ملموس و دوست داشتني، روايت خطي و پركشش، نمايش واقعي و باورپذير از فرهنگ و عقايد و گرفتاري هاي مردم و ارايه تصويري صادقانه از وقايع سياسي دوره ملي شدن صنعت نفت، از مهم ترين شاخصه هاي اين اثر است. «خالد» در رمان همسايه ها در حقيقت نماد ملتي است كه روزگاري طولاني گرفتار استعمار بيگانه بوده و حقوق خويش را نشناخته است، اما سرانجام به آن مرحله از شناخت مي رسد كه در راه ملي گرايي حقيقي خود، با جهل، فقر و ظلم مبارزه مي كند.

Reviewing the feedback of societyʹs image and different relations in society in in the world of imagination is one of the issues is considered when a literary work is studied. Undoubtedly what is going on in the mind of writer is not empty from impressions, judgements and socio-political ideologies of his life period. Ahmad Mahmud, the well-known writer of Iranʹs southern regions, has been able to make, in his novel The neighbors (Has?ye-h?), the concerns of his generation clear through a realistic view on different stages of growth and development of a teenager in the period of oil industry nationalization and party activities. The authorʹs familiarity with the climate and atmosphere of the days of the story, creation of a strong language and descriptions, creation of lovely and tangible characters, using a linear and attractive narration, showing the peopleʹs culture, beliefs and problems in a real and believable manner, and presenting an honest picture of the political events of the period of oil industry nationalization are among the most important features of the work. "Khalid" is, in fact, the symbol of a nation who had been long involved with a foreign colonialism and was not aware of its own rights, but finally gets to a step of recognition that begins to fight ignorance, poverty and oppression in its way to real nationalism.
