تاثير بازسازي شناختي بر مشكلات جنسي و خرده‌مقياس‌هاي آن در زوجين

The Effectiveness of Sexual Cognitive Reconstruction Program for Couples on Reduction of Sexual Problems

زوج‌هايي كه فعاليت جنسي رضايت‌بخش ندارند با انواع مشكلات زناشويي روبه‌رو مي‌شوند. از طرفي اطلاعات ناكافي يا غلط، افكار و اعتقادات ناسازگارانه در خصوص مسايل جنسي از علل شايع مشكلات جنسي است. حل اين مشكلات مي‌تواند زوجين را به رابطه زناشويي مطلوب برساند. بر اين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر بازسازي شناختي جنسي بر مشكلات جنسي و خرده‌مقياس‌هاي آن بر زوج‌هاي شهر اصفهان بود. در اين پژوهش از روش آزمايشي با طرح پيش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل استفاده شد. نمونه پژوهش 120 زوج بودند كه به صورت تصادفي ساده از بين جامعه پژوهش انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار سنجش پرسش‌نامه مشكلات جنسي آني هوپر و برنامه آموزشي بازسازي شناختي جنسي (10 جلسه دوساعته براي گروه آزمايش) بود. سپس با استفاده از آزمون تحليل كواريانس يافته‌ها مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه آموزش بازسازي شناختي جنسي بر كاهش نمره كل مشكلات جنسي زوجين و تمام ابعاد آن، (05/0P < ) موثر بوده است. در واقع آموزش بازسازي شناختي توانسته در كاهش مشكلات جنسي زوجين موثر باشد و اجراي اين آموزش‌ها به بالا رفتن رضايت جنسي و زناشويي گروه آزمايش كمك زيادي كرده است.

Sexual activity is an important part of a marital life that helps couples to feel psychological satisfaction. In times of stress and tension, sexual activity helps men and women to appropriately deal with the pressures or reduce its harmful effects. Couples, who are not satisfied with sexual activity, will face sexual problems, such as sexual dissatisfaction and marital dissatisfaction, dysfunctional family reactions, signs of infertility disorders and psychiatric conditions. Inadequate or incorrect information, disharmony in thoughts and ideas about sexual matters are common reasons of sexual problems. solving these problems and proper education can help couple to reach a more desirable marital relationship. the purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of sexual cognitive restructuring education on sexual problems of couples in Isfahan. the research method was experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. A sample of 120 couples was selected and they were placed in control and experimental groups randomly. the research instruments were Hooper sexual Problems questionnaires and sexual cognitive restructuring education (Ten two-hour sessions to educate sexual cognitive restructuring were held for experimental group). Research results by covariance test showed that educating sexual cognitive reconstruction seems to be effective on sexual problems (P < .05). In fact educating cognitive restructuring could be effective in reducing couplesʹ sexual problems. By reducing sexual problems, marital and sexual satisfaction will be increased and it will have a positive effect on couples’ sexual and marital satisfaction. This study showed that with proper training and cognitive changes in individuals the family foundation can be reinforced and strengthen.
