تبيين ويژگي‌هاي معلم كاريزماتيك به‌عنوان الگويي از معلم اثربخش

The characteristics of charismatic teacher as a model of effective teacher

اين پژوهش با هدف تشريح و تبيين ويژگي‌هاي كاريزمايي و معلم كاريزماتيك انجام شده است. برخلاف تصور رايج كه كاريزما را معمولاً موضوعي خارق‌العاده و مادرزادي مي‌داند در اين پژوهش تبيين مي‌شود كه كاريزما ويژگي منحصر به افراد خاصي نيست، بلكه مربوط به رفتار و گفتار خاصي است كه قابل‌آموزش و يادگيري است. در بينش امروزي، كاريزما بيشتر با مولفه‌هايي مانند داشتن اعتمادبه‌نفس، توانايي درك ديگران و ارتباط با آن‌ها، نوع‌دوستي، برخورداري از توانايي بلاغت و فصاحت و به‌طوركلي توانايي تاثيرگذاري بر ديگران مشخص مي‌شود. براي تحليل مفهوم كاريزما از روش تحليل مفهومي و براي ارايه مفهومي از معلم كاريزماتيك از روش مفهوم‌پردازي استفاده شده است. به همين منظور بعد از تبيين كاريزما و مولفه‌هاي آن، ويژگي‌هاي معلمان اثربخش و كاريزماتيك تبيين شده است. اين ويژگي‌ها در بخش رفتاري شامل مواردي مانند داشتن شور و اشتياق براي تدريس، توانايي خوب گوش دادن، داشتن روحيه شوخ‌طبعي و ارتباط موثر با دانش‌آموزان مي‌باشد. در بخش گفتاري، فنون بلاغت و فن بيان، مانند استفاده مناسب از استعاره و تشبيه، استفاده از داستان براي تفهيم بهتر مطالب و ايجاد تصوير و بينش از طريق سخن و تصويرسازي ذهني اشاره شده است.

The aim of this paper was describing and explaining charisma and charismatic teacher’s characteristics. Contrary to the common belief that sees charisma as Weird and congenital concept, this paper explains that charisma is not limited to certain individuals but it relates to special behavior and speech that can be learnt and taught. In Neo charismatic view (insight), charisma is characterized mostly by the ability to understand others and communicate with them, having altruism, having the ability of eloquence and in general being able to influence others. To analyze the concept of charisma, the concept analysis method and to present the concept of a charismatic teacher, the conception development method has been used. For this purpose, after describing charisma and its components, the characteristics of effective and charismatic teachers have been explained. The behavioral characteristics include items such as having passion for teaching, the ability to listen well, having a sense of humor, and to communicate effectively with students. With regard to speech, having rhetoric and oratory skills such as proper using of metaphor and simile, using story for better understanding and creating the image and perception via speech and mental visualization have been mentioned.
