بررسي تحمل صنوبركلنPopulus deltoides 69/55 به پروانه گالزاي صنوبر (Paranthrene tabaniformis Rott (Lep: Sesiidae در استان مازندران

Tolerability of Populus deltoides 69/55 to poplar clearwing moth Paranthrene tabaniformis Rott (Lep: Sesiidae) damage in Mazandaran province

كشت و توسعه گونه‌های مختلف صنوبر ازجمله Populus deltoides Bartr. در سالهای اخیر در استانهای شمالی كشور مورد استقبال قرار گرفته است. چندین گونه از حشرات و آفات نباتی به این گونه با ارزش حمله می كنند كه پروانه گالزای صنوبر Paranthrene tabaniformis Rott (Lep: Sesiidae) یكی از مهمترین آنهاست. با این حال، هنوز اطلاعات زیادی در رابطه با خسارت وارده، مقاومت و یا حساسیت P. deltoides به این آفت در دست نیست. بنابراین برای تعیین میزان تحمل این گونه گیاهی به آفت P. tabaniformisتعداد 30 اصله نهال یكساله سالم و 30 اصله نهال یكساله آلوده به لارو آفت از كلن P.d. 69/55 انتخاب شدند و نهالها در 6 ردیف 5 تایی به فاصله 5/1×5/1 متر در تیمارهای آزمایشی بازكشت شدند. بررسیهای كمی شامل ارتفاع و قطر یقه نهالها اندازه‌گیری و رویش سالیانه آنها در دو سال پیاپی محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد كه میزان رویش ارتفاعی نهالهای آفت زده در سال اول (نهالهای دو ساله) كمتر از نهالهای سالم بود ولی در سال دوم (نهالهای سه ساله) اختلاف معنی‌داری بین آنها مشاهده نشد و نهالهای آفت‌زده همانند نهالهای سالم رشد خوبی داشتند. بین رویش قطری نهالهای آفت زده و سالم در سالهای اول و دوم اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد.    

In recent years planting and extension of Poplar species such as Populus deltoides have been widely accepted in northern Provinces of Iran. This valuable species is attacked by several species of insects and pests which poplar clearwing moth, Paranthrene tabaniformis Rott (Lep: Sesiidae), is accounted as the most important one. There is not many information about damage, resistance or susceptibility of P. deltoides to this pest. Therefore, thirty non-infected saplings and thirty infected one year saplings were selected from colon P.d. 69/55 and replanted in six rows with five saplings and 1.5 × 1.5 meter distance at the experimental site. Quantitative traits such as height and cordial diameter of saplings measured and annual growth evaluated for two successive years. Results showed that growth rate for infected saplings was less than non-infected saplings in the first year (two years saplings), but there was not any observe significant differences between them in the second year (three years saplings) and infected saplings grew as well as uninfected saplings. There were not significant differences between cordial diameter growth of infected and uninfected saplings in the first and second years.
