واكنش 9 اكوتيپ بذري از گونه‌هاي مختلف سه جنس بروموس، اگروپايرون و چاودار به دو گونه قارچ از جنس Fusarium در شرايط آزمايشگاه و گلخانه

Reaction of 9 ecotype seeds of Agropyron, Bromus and Secale species to two Fusarium species in laboratory and greenhouse

به منظور مطالعه خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی، در عكس العمل به دو گونه قارچ (F. graminearum,(F. avenaceum آزمایشی، با استفاده از بذور 9 اكوتیپ از گونه‌های گیاهی سه جنس Bromus (2 نمونه)، Agropyron (6 نمونه(وSecale (1 نمونه)، با منشا خارجی و ایرانی به اجرا در آمد. در این آزمایش، بذور مورد نظر با غلظت های 104 ×150 و 104 ×76 در میلی لیتر ,F. graminearumو 104 ×900 و 104 ×450 در میلی لیتر F.avenaceum مورد مایه‌زنی قرار گرفته و صفات درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، نسبت طول ریشه چه/ساقه‌چه، و نسبت وزن خشك/وزن تر، و شاخص بنیه در واكنش به دو گونه قارچ، روی كاغذ مرطوب در تشتك پتری شامل 3 تكرار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد كه از نظر صفات فوق‌الذكر بین اكوتیپ‌ها و مورد تیمار با شاهد اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت. درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرها در سطوح 1 و 2، Fusarium graminearum، به میزان 41/7 و 37/6 به ترتیب كاهش یافت و در مورد گونه avenaceum,Fusariumبه ترتیب 23/2 و 45/0 بود. با اثر سطوح 1 و 2 Fusarium graminearum درصد جوانه‌زنی در شرایط گلخانه به ترتیب به میزان27 /17 و 09/28 كاهش داشت. این كاهش برای سطوح 1 و 2 avenaceum,Fusariumبترتیب به میزان 36/11 و 71/4 بود. با اثر تیمارهای 1 و 2 قارچ Fusarium graminearum روی بذر اكوتیپ‌ها، در شرایط آزمایشگاه سرعت جوانه‌زنی به ترتیب به میزان 41/1 و 91/0 در مقایسه با شاهد كاهش داشت. كاهش سرعت جوانه‌زنی در شرایط گلخانه 38/0 37/0 بود. با اثر قارچ avenaceum,Fusarium سرعتجوانه‌زنی به ترتیب 12/0 و 60/1 در مقایسه با شاهد در شرایط آزمایشگاه كاهش داشت. در شرایط گلخانه، كاهش سرعت جوانه‌زنی، با اثر 2 تیمار اسپور avenaceum,Fusarium به میزان 16/0 برای اسپور سطح 1 كاهش و به میزان 28/0 برای اسپور سطح 2 ،در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش داشت. اثرات تیمارهای اسپوری دو گونه قارچ روی خصوصیات بنیه بذر 9 اكوتیپ در شرایط گلخانه بیشتر از آزمایشگاه بود.    

The experiment was conducted for the characteristics of 9 ecotype seeds of 3 genus including Bromus (two sample), Agropyron (6 sample) and Secale (one sample) with Iranian and foreign provinc. The seed samples were exposed to level spores of Fusarium graminearum (150*104 and 76*104), F. avenaceum (900 *104 and 450 *104). The main characteristics of the inoculated seed samples including (percentage and speed of germination, length of root/shoot, dry weight/fresh weight and vigour index) were studied in response two species of fungi on filter paper with 3 replication in laboratory condition. The same experiment was conducted in greenhouse condition. The result showed that there was significant difference between the agents of infection and varieties for the characteristics of seed samples comparing with control. The percentage of germination of ecotype seeds in response with two level spores of Fusarium graminearum, reduced respectively as 7.41 and 6.37 in laboratory but it declined as 2.23 and 0.45 for F. avenaceum. Percentage of germination ofinoculated ecotype seeds with two level spores of Fusarium graminearum, was reduced respectively as 17.27 and 28.09 in greenhouse condition but it was declined as 11.36 and 4.71 respectively for F. avenaceum in greenhouse condition. Speed of germination of inoculated seeds of two level spores of Fusarium graminearum reduced as 1.41 and 0.91 compare with control in laboratory condition but it was reduced as 0.38 and 0.37 in greenhouse condition. By effect of two level spores of F. avenaceum onecotype seeds, the speed of germination was reduced as 0.12 and 1.60 compare with control in laboratory condition but in greenhouse condition, it has a reduction as 0.16 for level 1 spores and it has a increasing as 0.28 for level 2 spores compare with control. Vigour index of inoculated ecotype seeds was higher in greenhouse condition than laboratory condition.
