مقدمه: امروزه، گردشگري سلامت پديده‌اي مهم و رو به رشد در جهان محسوب مي‌شود. ايران از گذشته يكي از مراكز فعال گردشگري سلامت در منطقه خاورميانه بوده است. به دليل جايگاه مهم صنعت گردشگري پزشكي در اقتصاد جهاني و همچنين قابليت‌هاي استان يزد در اين صنعت، هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي و بررسي موانع توسعه گردشگري سلامت در اين استان بود.
روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه پيمايشي و كاربردي، جامعه آماري شامل 10 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با صنعت گردشگري سلامت در استان يزد در سال 1393 بود. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌اي بود كه روايي آن از طريق بررسي متون و پژوهش‌هاي مشابه و مشورت با صاحب‌نظران در حوزه گردشگري سلامت تاييد شد. ابتدا با مرور جامع ادبيات تحقيق و نظرات خبرگان، موانع توسعه گردشگري سلامت شناسايي شد. سپس، با استفاده از روش آنتروپي Shannon، ميزان اهميت هر يك از موانع تعيين و در نهايت، اين موانع با استفاده از تكنيك بهينه‌سازي چندمعياره و راه حل توافقي فازي، رتبه‌بندي گرديد. تحليل يافتهها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Excel صورت پذيرفت.
يافتهها: موانع بالا بودن هزينه‌ها (0561/0) و تبليغات محدود (0462/0) بيشترين و كمترين اهميت را داشتند. همچنين، موانع قوانين و مقررات سخت و دشوار، نيازهاي درماني جامعه محلي و كمبود نيروي انساني به ترتيب از مهم‌ترين موانع توسعه گردشگري سلامت در استان يزد بود.
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش منجر به شناخت موانع توسعه گردشگري سلامت در استان يزد شد و بر اساس آن، تدابيري در راستاي رفع موانع در اين صنعت و در نهايت جذب بيشتر گردشگر سلامت، ارايه گرديد.

Introduction: Today, health tourism is an important and growing phenomenon in the world. Iran has been one of the most active
centers of health tourism in the region. Due to the important role of the health tourism industry in the global economy and the
capabilities of Yazd Province, Iran, in this industry, the purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate barriers to the
development of health tourism in this province.
Methods: This empirical survey was conducted in 2014. The statistical population of this research consisted of 10 experts who
were familiar with the health tourism industry in Yazd Province. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The reliability and
validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts in the field of health tourism and through a review of literature similar
researches. First, the barriers to development of health tourism were identified through literature review. Then, using the Shannon
entropy, the importance of each barrier was identified and they were ranked using multi-objective optimization and Fuzzy VIKOR
methods. Data analysis was performed using Excel software.
Results: The barriers of high costs (0/0561) and limited advertisement (0/0462) were of the highest and lowest importance,
respectively. Demanding regulations, health requirements of local community, and lack of human resources (nurses and doctors)
were the most important obstacles to the development of health tourism in Yazd Province, respectively.
Conclusion: In the present study, the barriers to health tourism in Yazd Province were identified and strategies to eliminate these
barriers and attract more health tourists were presented.
