ICT Security Requirements on Knowledge Management in Security organizations

مقاله حاضر به بررسي الزامات فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي با رويكرد سخت‌افزاري و نرم‌افزاري به‌طور عام و تاثير آن بر مديريت دانش و افزايش بهره‌وري و خلاقيت كاركنان سازمان‌هاي امنيتي به‌طور خاص پرداخته است. فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات مي‌تواند يكپارچگي دانش پراكنده سازماني را آسان و به انجام بيشتر اعمال در كوتاه‌ترين زمان بيانجامد. رايانه‌ها، شبكه‌ها، نرم‌افزارها و سامانه‌هاي مديريت دانش از الزامات فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. سوالي كه در اين زمينه در مقاله حاضر مطرح است، آن است كه الزامات فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي كدام‌اند؟ يافته‌هاي مقاله كه با استفاده از روش توصيفي تحليلي و روش جمع‌آوري كتابخانه اي و با جامعه آماري خبرگان مديريت دانش سازمان‌هاي امنيتي و جامعه نمونه تمام‌شمار به خاطر اهميت موضوع و تجزيه ‌و تحليل اطلاعات با نرم افزار SPSS صورت گرفته، بيانگر ارتباط مستقيم فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ‌‌سازماني در استقرار و پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي است؛ بنابراين هرچه الزامات فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ‌سازماني در حالت ايده‌آل و بهينه باشد، استقرار و پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي امنيتي بهتر خواهد شد

This study examines the implications of ICT on knowledge management in security organizations, using the hardware and software approach in general, and its impact on knowledge management and increasing employeesʹ productivity and creativity security organizations in particular. CT can facilitate the integration of dispersed organizational knowledge and leads to do more functions in the shortest possible time. Computers, networks, software and knowledge management systems, are the requirements ICT. In this context the question is that "what are the ICT requirements on knowledge management in security organizations. The results of the study using descriptive- analytic procedure and library collection methods, and a statistical society consists of experts in the field of knowledge management in security organizations that because of the importance of the topic they all considered as sample size, indicated a direct relationship between ICT and organizational culture and the establishment and implementation of knowledge management in security organizations; Therefore, the more the requirements of ICT and organizational culture , the better the deployment and implementation of knowledge management in security organizations
