عملكرد پليس در حفظ بهداشت رواني قربانيان مال‌باخته

The performance of Police in protecting mental hygiene of the robbery victims

‌بهداشت رواني بزه‌ديدگان مالباخته در گرو شرايط و عوامل انساني است كه با آن‌ در تعامل‌ هستند. بر اين اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي عملكرد‌ پليس ـ به عنوان اولين نهاد مورد مراجعه ـ در پيش‌بيني بهداشت رواني بزه‌ديدگان مالباخته است. طرح‌ پژوهش حاضر همبستگي و جامعهي آماري آن شامل همهي بزه‌ديدگان از كيف‌قاپي استان فارس در سال 1393 بود. تعداد 87 نفر مالباخته با روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شده است؛ ابزارهاي پژوهش نيز شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته عملكرد اداراك‌شده پليس و پرسشنامه SCL-90 بود. نتايج نشان داد كه مولفه‌هاي عملكرد رضايت‌بخش، حمايت و پاسخگويي پليس، پيش‌بينيكنندهي منفي و معنادار سلامت رواني هستند. مطالعهي به عمل آمده، نقش بي‌بديل پليس در حفظ بهداشت رواني بزه‌ديدگان و به تبع آن، ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي را مورد تاكيد قرار داد. آموزش نيروي پليس در زمينهي بالا بردن سطح عملكرد رضايت‌بخش، نحوهي حمايت‌گيري و پاسخگويي و همچنين اطلاع‌رساني به مردم، از جمله اقدامات عملي است كه در اين زمينه مي‌توان توصيه كرد.

The mental hygiene of the robbery victims depends on her/his interactions with situations and other human agents. Thus, in this study we aimed to investigate the performance of police -as a first organization that being referred to - in predicting mental hygiene of the robbery victims. This study was done by a corelational research design. The target populations were all the victims of bag snatching of Fars in 2015. Using purposeful sampling, 87 participants were selected among these victims. Measures consist of perceived performance of police inventory and Symptom Checklist - 90- Revised (SCL-90-R). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression statistical tests. Results revealed that satisfactory performance, support and accountability of police force were negative predictors of mental health of the robbery victims. In sum, this study verified the unique role of police in protecting mental hygiene of victims and thereby developing social safety in society. As a practical action, police training should focused on enhancing itsʹ personnel competencies in satisfactory performance, support victims, accountability and informing to citizens.
