كاربرد سواد اطلاعاتي مبتني بر استانداردهايACRL در ارتباط با كاركنان ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر نهاد رياست جمهوري

The Survey Comparison Research of the information literacy of the Iran drugs control head quarters employees based on ACRL

امروزه تداوم حيات سازمانها به دسترسي و استفادي درست از اطلاعات و دانش، بستگي دارد. سواد اطلاعاتي از عوامل تسهيلكنندهي برنامههاي مديريت دانش و يكي از مشخصههاي بارز جامعهي اطلاعاتي است. هدف از تحقيق حاضر، بررسي سواد اطلاعاتي كاركنان ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر نهاد رياست جمهوري بر اساس استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي ACRL است. جامعهي آماري تحقيق، كليه كاركنان ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر نهاد رياست جمهوري است كه تعداد آنها 141 نفر است و در نيمه‌ي اول سال 1391 شمسي در اين سازمان مشغول بهكار بودهاند. با استفاده از فرمول مورگان، 104 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه معرفي شدند. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهيت، تحليل كاربردي، اما از لحاظ جمعآوري اطلاعات، پيمايشي است. گردآوري دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه صورت گرفتهاست. براي تعيين روايي، از روايي صوري و براي تعيين پايايي، از پيشآزمون - پسآزمون استفاده شده است. پس از تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات جمعآوري شده با استفاده از آزمون كولوموگروف اسميرنف براي تعيين نرمال بودن متغيرها و آزمونهاي t يك نمونهاي، t مستقل، آنوا براي پاسخ به فرضيههاي تحقيق، استفاده و نتايج زير حاصل شد: 1. وضعيت سواد اطلاعاتي كاركنان ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر نهاد رياست جمهوري بر اساس استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي ACRL در حد مطلوب است. 2. بين همهي ابعاد سواد اطلاعاتي كاركنان ستاد مبارزه با موادمخدر نهاد رياست جمهوري براساس استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي ACRL با ميزان تحصيلات آنها رابطهي معنيداري وجود دارد.

Today, the survival of organizations depends on the access and appropriate use of knowledge and information. Information literacy is among the factors, which facilitates the knowledge management and one of the obvious features of the information society. The purpose of the present study is to examine the information literacy of the staff working in the presidency drug control headquarters according to the ACRL information literacy standards. The population of the study includes 104 staff of the presidency drug control headquarters who had been working in the given organization in the first half of the 2012. The present study is an applied analysis in nature, but is a survey research in terms of data collection. In order to conduct study, a sample size including 104 subjects was selected and the concerning questionnaires were randomly distributed among them.After analyzing the collected data using kolmogorov Smirnov test, for determining the normality of variables and single-sample t-tests, independent t, ANOVA, Pearson and Spearman were employed to answer the research hypotheses and the following results were obtained: 1- Information literacy status of the presidency drug control headquarters staff according to the ACRL information literacy standardsis desirable. 2- There is a significant correlation between all dimensions of the presidency drug control headquarters according to the ACRL information literacy standards and their education.
