The Role of Spiritual Intelligence in Counter-intelligence Decision-making

عصر حاضر، عصر تبادل اطلاعات و انفجار دانش است كه در كنار فرصت‌ها، تهديدهايي را نيز به همراه خواهد داشت و اين تهديدها سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي را نيز در معرض لغزش قرار مي‌دهد. پيچيدگي‌هاي محيطي در عصر حاضر سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي را بر آن داشته تا نگرش‌ها و رويكردهاي گوناگوني نسبت به آن داشته باشند. اين سازمان‌ها باتوجه به كاركردهاي ويژه‌اي كه دارند، بايد بتوانند با ايجاد اعتماد دروني و براي عبور از تهديدهاي فرا رو، با تفكر و انديشه درست، معنويت‌گرايي را نهادينه نموده و براي توسعه تصميم‌هاي اثرگذار به توسعه هوش معنوي بپردازند. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي (اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي) و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها براساس مباني نظري، ضمن تبيين مفاهيم هوش معنوي، جايگاه و نقش آن در سازمان، الگوهاي متداول هوش معنوي را تشريح نموده، سپس با ارايه ويژگي‌هاي تصميم‌گيري اطلاعاتي و رابطه بين هوش معنوي و تصميم‌گيري اطلاعاتي، به‌دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه هوش معنوي چه نقشي در تصميم‌گيري اطلاعاتي دارد؟ يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه كاركرد سازمان‌هاي اطلاعاتي ازنظر شكل و محتوا با سازمان‌هاي ديگر متفاوت بوده و تصميم‌گيري‌ها نيز براساس نوع و چگونگي تحقق هدف‌‌ها متفاوت مي‌باشد. بنابراين مديران و كاركنان بايد از نقش و جايگاه هوش معنوي در فرايند تصميم‌گيري اطلاعاتي استفاده نمايند.

The present time is the era of exchange of information and knowledge explosion with opportunities as well as threats, and these threats put counter-intelligence agencies puts at risk of slipping. The phenomenon of environmental complexity in the modern era has led intelligence agencies to adopt different attitudes and approaches to it. These organizations based their specific functions, should be able to create self confidence for passing through threats via thinking, correct thoughts, and institutionalized spirituality; in fact, for having sound decisions, they should utilize their spiritual intelligence. The present paper used a descriptive (a library) approach and analysis of data based on theoretical principles, and tried to explore the concepts of spiritual intelligence, status and role in the organization, common patterns of spiritual intelligence. Then by providing the characteristics of counter-intelligence decision-making and the relationship between spiritual intelligence and decision-making, tried to answer the question: what is the role spiritual intelligence in the counter-intelligence decision making? Findings show that function of counter intelligence organizations is different from other organizations in form and content, so their decision making may be different.
