شيوه‌هاي نهادينه‌‌سازي آموزه‌هاي حفاظتي در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين

Institutionalization Methods of Protection Trainings among the Students of AminPolice University

هدف اين تحقيق، شناسايي راه‌هاي نهادينه‌‌سازي آموزه‌هاي حفاظتي در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين است. مقاله حاضر ازنظر هدف كاربردي و با روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي تدوين شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه براي شناخت شيوه‌هاي نهادينه‌‌سازي آموزه‌هاي حفاظتي براي دانشجويان، مي‌بايست روش‌هاي موجود در زمينه نيازسنجي، برنامه‌ريزي، اجرا و ارزشيابي مورد بازبيني قرار گرفته و در جهت ارتقاي كيفيت آن‌ها سعي و تلاش بيشتري صورت پذيرد. ضمن اينكه مي‌توان با آينده‌پژوهي در بررسي تهديدها و آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي كاركنان، ماموريت‌ها و مشاغل ناجا و همچنين ارتقاي دانش تخصصي مدرّسان و استادان، مطلوب‌ترين شيوه نهادينه‌‌سازي آموزش‌هاي حفاظتي براي دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين گام‌هاي موثرتري در اين زمينه برداشت. راهكارهاي پيشنهادي براي نهادينه‌‌سازي آموزه‌هاي حفاظتي در بين دانشجويان را مي‌توان مواردي ازقبيل: گزينش و انتخاب دانشجويان مقيد به رعايت اخلاقيات و مقررات، الگو‌‌سازي حفاظتي مناسب با انتخاب شايسته فرماندهان و مسيولان، شايسته‌سالاري در بين دانشجويان و همچنين تدوين منشور حفاظتي براي ادامه خدمت دانشجويان در ناجا را مي‌توان بر شمرد.

The purpose of this research is to identify the institutionalization methods of protection trainings among the students of Amin Police University. In terms of its objectives, the present study is of an applied research type conducted in descriptive-analytic method. The findings of the study indicate that for identifying the institutionalization methods of protection trainings for students the existing methods of needs assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation should be reviewed and more efforts should be made to improve its quality. In addition, by future studies we can investigate the threats and vulnerabilities in personnel, police jobs and missions, as well as specialized knowledge of teachers and professors, and take more effective steps in obtaining the most favorable methods of protection trainings institutionalization for the students of Amin Police University. Some guidelines can be suggested for protection trainings institutionalization among the students, including: the selection of students bounded to ethics and regulations, appropriate protection modeling by selecting competent commanders and officials, meritocracy among students, and formulation of protection chart for students to continue serving in police.
