واكاوي سياست‌گذاري فرهنگي در سيره امام رضا(ع)

چكيده: وجود مسايل فرهنگي در دوران امامت حضرت رضا(ع)، لزوم بازنگري در فرهنگ اسلامي به ويژه فرهنگ تشيع را اقتضا مي‌كرد. در اين راستا ايشان با روشنگري و استفاده از زمينه‌هاي موجود توانسته اند با انجام فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي گسترده به حل اين مسايل بپردازند و نظام فرهنگي جامعه شيعه را مديريت كنند. هدف اين مقاله پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه با توجه به رويكرد سياست‌گذاري فرهنگي چه مسايل فرهنگي‌اي در عصر امام رضا(ع) وجود داشته و ايشان چه اقداماتي را براي حل مسايل انجام دادند؟ با بررسي منابع، گردآوري و پردازش اطلاعات به شيوه توصيفي تحليلي، يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از اين است كه مسايل فرهنگي زمان امامت ايشان شامل موضوعاتي مانند در خطر بودن رهبري شيعي، انحرافات عقيدتي در نهضت ترجمه، ظهور و بروز اديان و فرقه‌هاي گوناگون، شايعات و دروغ پراكني عليه اهل‌بيت(ع)، تحريف و جعل احاديث و فريب و نيرنگ حكومت است كه ايشان با مجموعه اقدامات سياستي مانند اعلام صريح و آشكار رهبري شيعه، تربيت شاگردان نخبه، تشكيل جلسات علمي ديني، مناظرات علمي، سفرهاي تبليغي، احياي سنت نبوي، تبيين احاديث صحيح و لعن جاعلان، لعن و تكفير برخي از فرقه‌ها، توسعه همه جانبه علوم، گسترش مذهب تشيع، ، خنثي كردن توطيه‌هاي فريبكارانه حكومت، به مسايل مذكور پاسخ داده‌اند و سياست‌گذاري فرهنگي ايشان را شكل گرفته است.

Abstract: There are cultural issues in the era of Imam Reza (A.S.) that create review of Islamic culture especially Shia Muslim culture. In this context, he took advantages by Enlightenment and using available fields and could solve these problems by doing extensive cultural activities and manage cultural system of the Shia community. The aim of this article is to answer this question that what cultural problems exist in the era of imam reza According to the cultural policy- making approach and what actions did Imam Reza (A.S.) to solve them? By searching, collection and processing the information with descriptive analytical method, findings show that cultural problems during immate of imam reza include like “shiite leadership peril”, “Ideological deviations in translation movement”, “the emergence of various religions and sects”, “the Rscientific-religious ignorance in the society”, “Rumors and lies against Ahlul Bayt (A.S.)”,”falsification and forghing the hadiths” “government deception" He responded to these problems by a series of political actions (that his cultural policy making have shaped ) such as “explicit declaration of Shiite leadership”, “training elite students”, “scientific - religious meetings”, “scientific debates”, missionary trips”, “restoration of the prophetic hadiths”, “explaining the true traditions and cursing counterfeiters”, “cursing and excommunicating Some sects”, “developing all aspects of the spread of science”, “spread Shia”, “neutralizing the deceitful plots of government”.
