تاثير خرده فرهنگ قومي بر رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان خرم‌آباد)

The Relationship between Ethnic Subculture and Rules and Traffic Regulations (The Case Study Of Khorramabad City)

عوامل متعددي در رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي نقش دارند. عوامل و زمينه‌هاي اجتماعي به‌ويژه خرده فرهنگ‌هاي قومي در اين ميان نقش اساسي را ايفا مي‌كند. هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر، بررسي رابطه بين خرده فرهنگ قومي و رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي در شهر خرم‌آباد است. تحقيق از نظر نوع، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، يك مطالعه پيمايشي محسوب مي‌شود. جامعه آماري پژوهش، كليه شهروندان خرم‌آبادي بالاي 18 سال داراي گواهينامه رانندگي و صاحب خودرو يا موتورسيكلت مي‌باشند، كه به‌صورت نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي انتخاب و مورد بررسي قرار گرفته‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه بين متغيرهاي ارزش‌هاي بومي (637/0=r)، باورهاي قومي (439/0=r)، هنجارهاي قومي (561/0=r) و ميزان رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي، رابطه‌اي معنادار وجود دارد. تحليل رگرسيوني (ضريب تعيين) نيز نشان داد كه به‌ترتيب 41درصد، 24درصد و 32درصد از تغييرات متغير پاسخ (وابسته) يعني رعايت قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي توسط متغيرهاي پيش‌گو (مستقل) ارزش‌ها، باورها و هنجارهاي قومي قابل بيان است.

It is obvious that driving rules and traffic regulations, order and security of society is threatened, causing discomfort and calm people. Several factors are involved in the traffic rules and regulations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethnic subcultures and compliance with laws and traffic regulations in the city of Khorramabad. This study is a survey research for the control conditions and in terms of time is a cross-sectional study. Statistical population is all citizens over 18 years old with driverʹs license Khoramabadi and the owner of the vehicle or motorcycle are which is selected conveniently located and evaluated. Data collection is a questionnaire-based survey. The findings show that the relationship between indigenous values (r: 0.637), Ethnic beliefs (r: 0.493) and ethnic norms (r: 0.561) and observance of traffic rules and regulations there is a significant relationship. Regression analysis (coefficient of determination) also showed that respectively 41%, 24% and 32% the change in response variable (affiliated) the rules and traffic regulations by predictor variables (independent) values, beliefs and norms of ethnic expression. The results show that, by relying on the values, beliefs and norms of ethnic Positive that some of their components (of driving) in this study were enriched and acting on them while driving.
