بررسي آزمايشگاهي تأثير دو نوع سمان رزيني بر استحكام باند پست فايبر

Investigation on the effect of two dual cure resin cements on the retention of fiber posts (in vitro)

زمینه و هدف: بیشترین علت عدم موفقیت كلینیكی درمورد كاربرد پست‌های فایبر در دندان‌های اندو شده، دباند شدن پست از عاج دندان می‌باشد. نوع سمان مصرفی و قدرت چسبندگی آن در كیفیت باندینگ تأثیر مستقیم دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر دو نوع سمان رزینی Starfill 2B Danvilleو سمان Panavia F2 Kuraray برگیر پست فایبر با عاج در شرایط in vitro انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 20 عدد دندان پرمولر اندو شده تك كاناله فك پایین تهیه گردید. دندان‌ها به طور تصادفی به 2 گروه A و B تقسیم شدند. پست‌ها در گروه اول با سمانStarfill 2B Danville و در گروه دوم با سمانPanavia F2 Kuraray سمان شدند. پس از مانت دندان‌ها در آكریل شفاف هر نمونه به 2 نمونه 4 میلی‌متری تقسیم شد. سپس Push-out test توسط دستگاه ZwickRoell Z050 انجام شد. نتایج با آزمون آماری T-test آنالیز و مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها:استحكام باند Starfill 2B Danville و Panavia F2 Kuraray به ترتیب (11/12±16/48) و (16/9±44/61) مگاپاسكال بود. بین گیر و استحكام باند برشی سمانStarfill 2B Danville و Panavia F2 Kuraray اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (P<0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد نوع سمان بر میزان گیر و استحكام باند تأثیر دارد. اگر در سمان كردن پست فایبر از سمان Panavia F2 Kuraray استفاده كنیم، گیر و استحكام باند بیشتری نسبت به سمان Starfill 2B Danville با عاج خواهیم داشت.

Background and Aims: Debonding at the cement-dentine interface is the main reason of failure in restoration of endodentically treated teeth with fiber posts. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of Starfill 2B danville and Panavia F2 kuraray cements on the retention of fiber posts to root canal dentin. Materials and Methods: Twenty extracted mandibular premolar teeth which had single root canal were endodentically treated and decoronated. Teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups, (n=40). Fiber posts were cemented using 2 dual cure resin cements. Group A was cemented with Starfill 2B Danville and group B was cemented with Panavia F2 Kuraray. Each root was mounted in acrylic resin and then sliced in 2 parts. The retention strength of each specimen was determined using push-out test using a universal testing machine. Data was analyzed using T-test. Results: The retentive strength for groups A and B were 48.16±12.11 and 61.44±9.16 MPa, respectively. There was significant difference in the retentive strength between group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusion: It seems that type of cement had effect on the retention of fiber posts. Panavia F2 Kuraray resin cement significantly provided higher retention than that of Starfill 2B Danville cement.
