مدل رابطه ابعاد چشم‌انداز زمان و رضايت زناشويي با توجه به اثرات ميانجي بهزيستي روان‌شناختي

The Model of relationship between time perspective dimensions and marital satisfaction with considering the mediative role of psychological wellbeing

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه ابعاد چشم‏انداز زمان و رضايت زناشويي با توجه به نقش واسطه‏اي بهزيستي روان‏شناختي در قالب يك مدل تحليل مسير به انجام رسيده است. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش عبارت بود از 408 زن متاهل 20 تا 50 ساله ساكن شهر تهران كه با استفاده از روش خوشه‏اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسش‌نامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ، بهزيستي روان‏شناختي ريف و فرم كوتاه چشم‏انداز زمان زيمباردو بود. براي تحليل داده‏ها از روش ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل مسير استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مدل پژوهش از برازش مناسبي برخوردار است. همچنين مشخص شد كه گذشته خوب، حال لذت‏‏گرا و آينده، نه‌تنها به ‌طور مثبت مستقيم، بلكه به‌ طور مثبت و غيرمستقيم با واسطه بهزيستي روان‏شناختي بر رضايت زناشويي تاثير مي‏گذارند. به‌ علاوه متغيرهاي گذشته بد و حال منفعل به‌طور منفي مستقيم و همچنين به‌ طور منفي و غيرمستقيم با واسطه بهزيستي روان‏شناختي بر رضايت زناشويي تاثيرگذار هستند. از مجموع يافته‏ها نقش ابعاد چشم‏انداز زمان بر رضايت زناشويي و نقش ميانجي بهزيستي روان‏شناختي در اين رابطه تاييد شد كه اين امر داراي تلويحات كاربردي براي متخصصان و روان‏شناسان در تدوين مداخلات زناشويي است.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between time perspective dimensions and marital satisfaction with considering the mediative role of psychological wellbeing, through a path analysis model. Statistical samples of this study were 408 married women, 20 to 50 years old, from Tehran city that were selected through multiphase clustering method. Research instruments were the Enrich’s Marital Satisfaction Inventory, the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale, and short form of the Zimbardo’s Time Perspective Inventory. Pearson’s correlation coefficient and path analysis method were used to analyze data. The results showed an acceptable fitness in structural model. In addition, results indicated that Positive Past, Hedonistic Present and Future, with mediative role of psychological wellbeing, had positive and significant relationships with marital satisfaction, not only directly, but also indirectly. Also findings showed that Negative Past and Fatalistic Present, with mediative role of psychological wellbeing, had a negative and significant relationship with marital satisfaction, not only directly, but also indirectly. In conclusion, time perspective dimensions had an effect on marital satisfaction, and psychological wellbeing have a mediative role in their relationship, which can be tacitly applied in establishing marital interventions by experts and psychologists.
