مفهوم‌پردازي مديريت جهادي در پرتو آموزه‌هاي نهج‌البلاغه

Conceptualization the Jihad management In the light of the teachings of Nahjolbalagha

زمينه و هدف: مفهوم مديريت جهادي به‌طور خاص، پس از مطرح‌شدن شعار سال 1393 به‌عنوان سال «فرهنگ و اقتصاد با عزم ملي و مديريت جهادي» توسط مقام معظم رهبري و فرماندهي كل قوا (مدظله‌العالي) مورد توجه قرار گرفت. باتوجه به نقش و اهميت مديريت جهادي در شرايط حساس كنوني كشور و دهه پيشرفت و عدالت، درك مفهومي و تبيين ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي مديريت جهادي ضروري به‌نظر مي‌رسد. روش: اين مقاله به مفهوم‌پردازي مديريت جهادي در پرتو نهج‌البلاغه امام علي (عليه‌السلام) با رويكرد استقرايي پرداخته است. باتوجه به خلا مباني نظري در رابطه با مفهوم مديريت جهادي، اين مطالعه ازنظر هدف، اكتشافي و به‌دنبال ايجاد دانش و درك بهتر از پديده مورد بررسي است؛ بنابراين نحوه انجام پژوهش حاضر، كيفي بوده و براساس راهبرد نظريه داده‌بنياد، مضامين و ابعاد مديريت جهادي‌ استخراج شدند. يافته‌ها: يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهند كه قرب الهي، توكل، آينده‌نگري و دورانديشي، واقع‌گرايي، عقلانيت و خردورزي، اشاعه وحدت، مديريت راهبردي سرمايه انساني، مديريت راهبردي علم و فناوري، خودارزيابي و بهبود مستمر و درنظرگرفتن مديريت به‌عنوان «آزمايش» ازجمله مهم‌ترين موارد قابل توجه در رابطه با مديريت جهادي هستند. نتيجه‌گيري: مفهوم مديريت جهادي، مفهومي جامع است كه دربرگيرنده مباني و اصول اوليه و اساسي مديريت در مكتب اسلام است و مسير و روند حركت مديران در جامعه اسلامي را مشخص كرده و مي‌تواند راهگشاي مشكلات جامعه در دهه پيشرفت و عدالت و در راستاي تحقق چشم‌انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران باشد. باتوجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، فرهنگ‌سازي و تبديل مديريت جهادي به گفتمان جامعه در سطوح مختلف مديريتي و اجرايي مي‌تواند نقش بسزايي در حل مشكلات كشور داشته باشد، ضمن اين‌كه خطوط راهنماي كليدي براي سياست‌گذاران و تصميم‌گيران كلان كشور خواهد بود.

Purpose and background: The concept of Jihad management specifically was considered after the rose of slogan of 2014 by the Supreme Leader and Commander in Chief as "Culture and Economics with National Commitment and Jihad Management". Considering the role and importance of Jihad management in sensible conditions of Iran country in decade of progress and justice, it is necessary to understand the concept of Jihad management and explanation its dimensions and categories. Method: present study with an inductive approach investigates the concept of Jihad management in the light of the teachings of Nahjolbalagha. Considering the lack of theoretical basis about the concept of Jihad management, this study in terms of purpose has an exploratory approach and seeks to create better knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon that is being investigated. Therefore, this study has a qualitative methodology based on a grounded theory approach. Results and Conclusion: results show that esteem of God, trust, foresight and forethought, realism, rationality and wisdom, unification, strategic management of human capital, strategic management of science and technology, self-assessment, continuous improvement and considering management as an "examination" considered as the most important elements of Jihad management. The concept of Jihad management is comprehensive concepts that includes primary and fundamental principles of management in Islam, and specify the track and trend within the Muslim community managers, and it can be considered to pave the way society problems in decade of improvement and justice, and eventually it is helpful for realization of the future perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Inquiry finding indicate that culture promotion and transforming Jihad management into social dialogue in diverse managerial and executive levels can play a fundamental role in solving the social problems of the country; also it can bring key guide lines for politicians and decision makers.
