تحليل و بررسي سرزندگي پارك هاي جديد شهري (نمونه موردي: پارك آب و آتش تهران )

Analysis and investigation of vitality in new urban parks (Case Study: Water and Fire Park, Tehran)

پارك‌های شهری به عنوان یكی از فضاهای عمومی، به دلیل دارا بودن كاركردهای گوناگون اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اكولوژیكی، جزء مهم‌ترین بخش‌های محیط‌های شهری به حساب می‌آیند. این درحالیست كه علی‌رغم تأثیر مستقیم سرزندگی پارك‌های شهری در ایفای نقش‌های مهم این فضاها از طریق حضور مستمر شهروندان و ارتقای سطح محیط‌زیستی آن‌ها، كمتر پژوهشی به بررسی سرزندگی این فضاها پرداخته است. این مقاله سعی دارد تا در قالب پژوهشی ابتدا معیارهای مؤثر بر سرزندگی پارك‌های شهری را شناسایی و سپس برای پارك آب و آتش تهران آن‌ها را مورد بررسی و اولویت‌بندی نماید تا در نهایت پیشنهاداتی برای ارتقاء سطح سرزندگی این پارك ارائه دهد. در این راستا معیارهای درنظر گرفته‌شده عبارتند‌ از خدماتی، زیبایی‌شناسی، تفریحی، ایمنی، دسترسی، امنیت، روشنایی و ادراكی – احساسی. ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎی سرزندگی اﺳﺘﺨﺮاجﺷـﺪه از ﺗﺤﻠﻴـﻞ ﻋـﺎﻣﻠﻲ اﻛﺘﺸﺎﻓﻲ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﺔ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ و سرزندگی این پارك ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﺔ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ در ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﻴـﺮة ﺧﻄـﻲ به كمك نرم افزارSPSS 22 ﺑـﻪ ﻛـﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد كه عامل تفریحی، زیبایی‌شناسی و خدماتی با ضریب‌های 821/0، 741/0 و 714/0 مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سرزندگی پارك آب و آتش می‌باشند. و در نهایت میانگین میزان رضایت شهروندان مورد بررسی از سرزندگی در سطح اطمینان 95 نیز نشان می‌دهد كه شهروندان از سرزندگی پارك رضایت دارند . اما مسائلی همچون تعداد عناصر مبلمان، چیدمان و رنگ آن‌ها به همراه كیفیت فضاهای مختلف ورزشی مهم‌ترین مواردی هستند كه باید توجه بیش‌تری به آن‌ها شود تا میزان سرزندگی پارك افزایش یابد.

Abstract Urban parks as public spaces, due to the different functions of social, economic and ecological are considered as a main component of the urban environment. Meanwhile, despite a direct an important effect of urban parks on vitality and taking place of crucial roles in these places through the continuous presence of citizens and improving the environment, less research has addressed the vitality of these spaces. This paper,in a research framework,attempts to identify factors affecting the vitality of urban parks and then examine and prioritize them for Fire and Water Park of Tehran. Finally, presents some suggestions for enhancing the vitality of the park.In this regard, the criteria considered are: services, aesthetics, recreation, safety, access, security, lighting and cognitive - emotional. Vitality factors extracted from the exploratory factor analysis, as the dependent variable and the park’svitality as the dependent variable were applied in multiple linear regression model using the Software SPSS 22. The results show that the recreational, aesthetic and service factors with the ratio of 0.821, 0.741 and 0.714 are the most important factors that influence the vitality of Water and Fire Park.And eventually the citizens’ average satisfaction in the field of vitality by 95% confidence shows that citizens are satisfied about the park’svitality. But issues such as the furniture and its layout and color,beside of the quality of different sports spaces are the most important issues which should be given more attention to increase the vitality of the park.
