چكيده
مقدمه:خدمت و كمك به همنوعان در طول تاريخ، به شكل‌هاي مختلف ظهور و بروز داشته است، يكي از مصاديق مهم خدمت به بشر در عصر حاضر تحت عنوان امداد و نجات مصدومان نام برده مي‌شود. در هر زماني، ممكن است ملت‌ها گرفتار مصايب و آلامي مانند بلاياي طبيعي، طوفان‌هاي سهمگين، سوانح رانندگي و... شوند و قطعاً به هنگامبروز چنين مواردي، انسان‌ها به ياري ديگر مردمان نياز دارند و با عنايت بهاينكه بني‌آدم اعضاي يك پيكرند
مي‌طلبد كه براي نجات حادثه‌ديدگان شتاب كرد. البته اين امداد و نجات مصدومان، هم به حكم دين است كه اسلام، همواره به مقوله خدمت به بشريت و زدودن غم و گرفتاري از چهره انسان‌ها پيش قدم بوده است و با وضع احكامي در قالب واجبات، محرمات و مستحبات، پيروان خود را در اين راه سفارش و هم فطرت پاك بر پايه عقل انسان را بر اين كارترغيب مي‌كنند.
امداد و نجات مصدومان، گاه شرايطي را ايجاد مي‌كند كه هم براي مصدوم مشكل آفرين است و هم امدادرسان را بر دو راهي وجوب و حرمت يا ميان دو حكم متضاد و متزاحم قرار مي‌دهد.

Abstract
Background: Helping others and services to our fellowmen have been carried
throughout the history in different ways. It is one of the most important examples of
human services called as rescue and relief to the injured and affected people.
At any time, people may be affected by disasters such as natural disasters, heavy
storms, car accidents and etc. Certainly at the time of such disasters, people need
other people’s help with regard to human beings are members of a whole. However,
the affected people should be fast rescued. It should be mentioned that the rescue and
relief efforts to the injured is the order of Islam religion as the pioneer of serving
humanity and eliminating the pain and human suffering by arranging and codifying
law, regulations, rules and duties in one hand and also relates to the pure nature of
human beings on other hand.
Sometimes, rescue and relief operation occurs under conditions which cause
problems for both the injured and the relief workers. With regard to the rescue and
relief operation, the first responders may face dilemma on dealing with the
importance of protecting privacy of the affected people and observance of ethical
guidelines.
