بررسي تطبيقي پارك‌هاي ناحيه‌اي و محله‌اي موجود در شهر جيرفت و مكان‌يابي بهينه‌ي آنها با استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي

Comparative Study of Regional and Neighborhood Parks in Jiroft City and Their Optimum Locating by Using Geographical InformationSystem (GIS)

فضاهاي سبز و پارك ها، يكي از مراكز خدمات رفاهي و تفريحي مي‌باشند كه علاوه بر جنبه‌ي بهداشتي و رواني، در توسعه‌ي پايدار شهري از اهميت فراواني برخوردارند و يكي از شاخص‌هاي توسعه‌يافتگي جوامع به حساب مي‌آيند. شهر جيرفت از جمله شهرهايي مي‌باشد كه از توزيع مناسب فضاي سبز برخوردار نيست و سرانه‌ي پارك ناحيه‌اي و محله‌اي در اين شهر براي هر نفر 30/1 و53/0 مترمربع مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش كه بر اساس روش توصيفي- تحليلي انجام گرفته است؛ چگونگي توزيع پارك ناحيه‌اي و محله‌اي در شهر جيرفت بررسي و تحليل شده و ضمن ترسيم وضع موجود، چگونگي وضع مطلوب آن با مكان‌يابي پارك‌هاي جديد در مقياس ناحيه‌اي و محله‌اي ارايه گرديده است. براي تحليل‌هاي مورد نظر و مكان‌يابي پارك‌هاي جديد، با توجه به توانايي سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي از نرم‌افزار GIS و تحليل‌هاي موجود در آن استفاده شده است و تحقيق با ارايه‌ي الگوي مناسب به دنبال استقرار و توزيع بهينه پارك، در اين شهر مي‌باشد. بدين منظور با توجه به نوع پارك ابتدا معيارهاي تاثيرگذار در مكان‌يابي آن‌ها شناسايي، سپس معيارها را تبديل به لايه‌هاي اطلاعاتي قابل خواندن براي نرم افزاركرده و براي هريك از لايه‌ها فاصله‌ي مورد نياز ايجاد شده است. آنگاه به منظور الگوسازي، با توجه به ميزان تاثير هريك از لايه‌ها و مقايسه‌ي زوجي آن‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار Super Decisionوزن هريك از لايه‌ها محاسبه شد، و در نهايت با بهره‌گيري از نتايج حاصل از تلفيق لايه‌هاي اطلاعاتي، زمين‌هاي شهر جيرفت، براي انتخاب مكان مناسب جهت هريك از پارك‌ها به 5 دسته از بسيارخوب تا بسيارضعيف تقسيم‌بندي گرديد.

Green spaces and parks are one of the recreational and welfare services which in addition to having hygienic and mental aspects, have a great importance in urban sustainable development and are considered as one of the indices of the societiesʹ development .In this study which is performed based on descriptive-analytical method, the distribution status of local and regional park of Jiroft city has been studied and analyzed and while describing the current situation, its desirable condition by locating new parks at regional and local scale has been presented. For the considered analysis and locating new parks, GIS software and current analysis have been used with respect to the capability of Geographical Information System and by presenting an appropriate pattern are seeking optimum establishment and distribution of park in the city. For this purpose, with respect to the type of park , firstly the criteria effective on their locating were recognized and then converted the criteria in to readable informative layers for the software and the required distance has been created for each layer. Then, for creating pattern, with respect to the effect of each layer and their paired comparing by Super Decision software , the weight of each layer was calculated. Finally by using the results obtained from incorporation of informative layers, the lands of Jiroft city for selecting the appropriate locations for each park, was divided in to 5 groups from very good up to very poor. Jiroft city is a type of city which has not an appropriate distribution of green space and the per capita for regional and local parks is 1.30 and 0.53 m2 for each person.
