بررسي وضعيت امنيت اجتماعي در احداث پياده راه در شهر اردبيل

Study the Situation of Social Security in the Side Walk Construction in Ardebil City

يكي از مهمترين فضاهاي شهري كه شهروندان، علاوه بر گذران اوقات فراغت در تهيه‌ي ملزومات زندگي، تعامل هاي اجتماعي و غيره مورد استفاده قرار مي دهند، پياده راه هاي شهري است. انتخاب مسيرهاي پياده نياز به شاخص هايي دارد كه علاوه بر افزايش دسترسي و آسايش براي شهروندان، بتواند امنيت اجتماعي آنها را نيز فراهم آورد. در اين خصوص، در پژوهش حاضر، به ارزيابي محدوده‌ي بقعه شيخ صفي تا جمعه مسجد شهر اردبيل در راستاي دستيابي به محيط پياده راه اقدام شده است. هدف اصلي پژوهش، شناسايي شاخص هاي تاثير‌گذار بر احداث پياده‌راه از ديدگاه شهروندان است، تا مناسبت محور مورد مطالعه براي ايجاد محور پياده راه، مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. در اين راستا تحقيق حاضر توصيفي تحليلي بوده و از لحاظ هدف جنبه‌ي كاربردي دارد. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق را شهروندان شهر اردبيل تشكيل مي دهند كه به وسيله‌ي فرمول كوكران تعداد 383 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقيق انتخاب و بين آنها به روش تصادفي ساده پرسشنامه توزيع شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل از آزمون هاي t تك نمونه اي (آزمون كلوموگروف- اسميرونوف جهت بررسي نرمال بودن توزيع)، t مستقل، واريانس يكطرفه (آزمون تعقيبي شفه جهت بررسي تفاوت بين گروه ها و آزمون لون جهت بررسي برابري واريانس گروه ها) و رگرسيون چند متغيّره (به روش اينتر) استفاده شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه، در صورت احداث پياده راه در محدوده، اين پياده‌راه از نظر امنيت اجتماعي در وضعيت نامناسبي خواهد بود همچنين سن و سطح سواد افراد مورد پرسش، در برداشت آنها از كيفيت پياده راه، تاثير‌گذار بوده است. و اينكه در خصوص معيارهاي تاثيرگذار در كيفيت پياده‌راه رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه حدود 1/85 درصد واريانس كيفيت پياده راه را معيارهاي نه گانه تحقيق تبيين مي كنند. به گونه اي كه خدمات شهري با 8/68 درصد اثر در رتبه‌ي اول و معيار اقتصادي با 032/0 درصد اثر در رتبه‌ي آخر معيارهاي نه گانه تحقيق قرار گرفتند.

One of the most important urban spaces that citizens, in addition to leisure time will use for supplying the life requirements, social interaction and so on are the urban sidewalks. Choosing the side walk routes need to indices that in addition to increasing access and safety for citizens could also provide them social security. In this regard, the present study has evaluated the mausoleum of Sheikh Safi up to Ardabil Jomeeh mosque in order to achieve the sidewalk area. The main aim of this study is to recognize the effective indices on the side walks from the view of citizens in order to study the relevance of the under study area for creating the side walk axis. The present study is of descriptive-analytical one and from the objective point of view has functional aspect.Ardebil citizens form the study population of the research and by Cocran Formula, 383 people chosen as sample and questionnaire randomly distributed between them. For analysis, single-sample t-test (Klvmvgrvf- Smirnov test to check for normal distribution), t-test independent, one way variance and multivariate regression were used.The findings suggest that, if side walk is constructed in this area, this side walk will be in an inappropriate conditions in terms of social security. Also the age and education level of those questioned was effective in their perception about quality of sidewalk. And regarding the effective criteria on the quality of sidewalk, the multiple regressions showed that about 85.1 percent of the side walksʹ quality variance define the ninth criteria of the research. So that urban services with 68.8 percent was placed at the first rank and the economic impact by 0.032 percent placed at the last rank of the ninth criteria of the research.
