بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر كار آيي مديران دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه با تأكيد بر مهارت‌هاي سه‌گانه مديريت

FACTORS AFFECTING EFFICIENCY OF MANAGERS OF URMIA MEDICAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY WITH EMPHASIS ON TRIPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

پيش زمينه و هدف: امروزه در تمام كشورهاي جهان، نقش سلامت و حفظ آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و سياسي حائز اهميت است. بدين جهت صاحب نظران امر توسعه معتقدند كه براي دستيابي به اهداف آموزشي و علمي در زمينه سلامت و درمان مديران و مربيان بايد از شايستگي و كار آيي لازم برخوردار باشند. ازاين رو در اين تحقيق، رابطه ويژگي هاي فردي مشتمل بر سن، سابقه خدمت، سابقه مديريت و مهارت هاي سه گانه (انساني، ادراكي و فني) مديران با كار آيي آنان بررسي شده است. مواد و روش ها: روش تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي ـ پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري، شامل مديران دانشگاه به تعداد 103 نفر مي باشد. نمونه آماري شامل 52 مدير است كه با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب گرديده است. براي جمع آوري داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. يك پرسشنامه مخصوص مديران، جهت جمع آوري اطلاعات فردي از آنان و ديگري، براي سنجش كار آيي مديران توسط كاركنان بود. يافته ها: اهم نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه بين سن و كار آيي (0/250=r و 0/740=P) و بين سابقه خدمت و كار آيي (0/188=r و 0/182=P) رابطه معناداري وجود ندارد ولي بين سابقه مديريت و كار آيي رابطه مثبت و مستقيم معنادار (0/172=r و 0/04=P) وجود دارد. بين مهارت هاي سه گانه مديران (فني، انساني و ادراكي) با كار آيي، رابطه وجود دارد، بطوريكه با افزايش هر يك از آن ها بر كار آيي مديران افزوده مي شود. بحث و نتيجه گيري: شناخت عوامل مؤثر، مهارت هاي سه گانه و نحوه رابطه آن ها با كار آيي ازجمله نتايج اين پژوهش بود كه آگاهي از آن ها براي مديران براي دستيابي به كار آيي سودمند خواهد بود.

Therefore, experts believe that to achieve educational goals, and scientific development in the field of health, managers and coaches must have the necessary competence and efficiency. Hence, the goal of this research is study of the relationship between the individual characteristics, including age, work experience, management experience, and triple skills of managers (human, technical, perceptional parameters) and efficiency. Materials Methods: This study is a descriptive survey. The statistical population included 103 managers of university, and the sle included 52 managers that were selected using random sling. Two questionnaires were used to collect the data. One of the them is to collect personal information from them, and the other one is used to measure the efficiency of managers by staff. Results: The main results showed that there is no significant relationship between age and performance (r =0.250 , P =0.740) and between job experience and efficiency (r =0.188 , P=0.182), however, there is direct positive relationship between experience of management and efficiency (r =0.127 , P =0.04). There are relationships between triple skills of managers (technical, human and conceptual) and efficiency, so by increasing the efficiency, the skills will be better as well. Conclusion: Identity of factors, the three skills, and their relationships with the efficiency are the factors that can be useful for managers to achieve efficiency.
