ارزيابي موفقيت سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني در مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه بر اساس مدل تعديل‌شده دلون و مكلين

ASSESSMENT OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUCCESS IN HOSPITALS OF URMIA UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES BASED ON THE MODEL ADJUSTED DELONE AND MCLEAN

پيش زمينه و هدف: با توجه به چندگانگي ابعاد موفقيت سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي و وجود ذي نفعان متفاوت، دلون و مكلين يك مدل جامع براي ارزيابي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي ارائه دادند كه به طور گسترده مورد پذيرش محققان ديگر قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، تعيين ميزان موفقيت سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستاني در مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه بر اساس مدل تعديل يافته دلون و مكلين است. مواد و روش كار: اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي مقطعي مي باشد كه در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل كاربران HIS در مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اروميه بود كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي، 180 نفر از آن ها انتخاب شد. داده ها از طريق يك پرسشنامه كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفت، جمع آوري گرديد. داده هاي جمع آوري شده توسط نرم افزار آماري SPSS تحليل شد. يافته ها: بيشترين ميزان موفقيت HIS بر اساس معيارهاي سه گانه مربوط به كيفيت سيستم (3.11) و كمترين ميزان مربوط به كيفيت اطلاعات (2.78) مي باشد. نتايج آزمون آماري نشان داد كه در هيچ كدام از معيارهاي سه گانه (كيفيت سيستم،كيفيت اطلاعات و كيفيت خدمات) ميزان موفقيت HIS در حد مطلوبي نبودند(P <0.05). بحث و نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نتايج اين تحقيق، ضروري به نظر مي رسد در بعد كيفيت سيستم HIS به كاربرپسندي و سرعت بالاي ورود داده، سهولت استفاده و همچنين انعطاف پذيري آن تمركز بيشتري داشت. همچنين جهت افزايش كيفيت اطلاعات، بايد جامعيت، دقت و صحت داده، به روز بودن و مطلوبيت گزارشات ارائه شده را ارتقا داد. استفاده از سخت افزارها و تجهيزات پيشرفته و خدمات پشتيباني بهينه باعث خواهد شد كه كاربران از كيفيت خدمات HIS رضايت كامل داشته باشند.

Assessment of hospital information systems success in hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the model Adjusted DeLone and McLean Jebraeily M[1]*, Maleki M[2], Akbari S[3], Dehghani M[4], Salim Amini L[5] Received: 6 Nov , 2014 Accepted: 22 Dec , 2014 Abstract Background Aim: Given the multiplicity of successful information systems and the existence of different stakeholders, DeLone and McLean systems have been widely adopted by other researchers as a comprehensive model for assessing information systems. The aim of this study was to determine the success of HIS in the hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the adjusted DeLone McLean model. Materials Methods: This is a descriptive cross sectional study which was conducted in 2014.The study population consisted of 180 HIS users (from different types of jobs including physicians, nurses, paraclinical and HIM staffs) from Teaching Hospitals affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a selfstructured questionnaire which was estimated as both reliable and valid. The data were analyzed by SPSS using software descriptive statistics and analytical statistics (ttest and chisquare). Results: HIS highest success rate based on three criteria related to the quality of system (3.11), and the lowest rate related to the information quality (2.78). The tests result showed that none of the three criteria (system quality, information quality and service quality) was satisfactory (P < 0.05). Conclusion: According to the survey results, to improve the system quality, it seems necessary to make the system user friendly, to speed up the data entry, to improve usability and flexibility of HIS. Also to increase the quality of information, the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and appropriateness of the reports should be improved. Using advanced hardware, equipment and support services will result in the users complete satisfaction.
