مقدمه: يكي از عوامل اجتماعي تعيين كننده سلامت كه به اهميت بعد اجتماعي انسان اشاره دارد و در سال هاي اخير توجه فزاينده اي به آن شده، حمايت اجتماعي مي باشد. با وجود شواهدي مبني بر تاثيرات مثبت حمايت اجتماعي بر جنبه هاي مختلف رواني، جسماني، شناختي و اجتماعي افراد و تاثير آن بر حيطه هاي مختلف شغلي و آموزشي و در نهايت نقش حمايت اجتماعي در بهبود برخي از بيماري هاي رواني و جسمي، در اين پژوهش، اين مقياس بر روي افراد بزرگسال مبتلا به بيماري هاي مزمن در شهر ايلام هنجاريابي شده است. پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه مقطعي با هدف سنجش پايايي و روايي مقياس حمايت اجتماعي Mos است. مواد و روش ها: اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع هنجاريابي است. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش مقياس حمايت اجتماعي است كه داراي 19 گويه بوده و هر گويه آن داراي پنج گزينه مي باشد كه به آن نمره اي از يك تا پنج تعلق مي گيرد. حجم نمونه به تعداد 384 نفر برآورد شده و براي افزايش دقت به 400 نفر افزايش يافته است. جهت سنجش پايايي آزمون از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، روايي هم زمان و تحليل عاملي استفاده گرديد. روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي جهت محاسبه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS vol.20 تحليل شدند. يافته هاي پژوهش: ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مقياس حمايت اجتماعي 0/96 بوده كه بيانگر دقت و حساسيت مقياس در سنجش اين كيفيت ها مي باشد. نمرات مقياس حمايت اجتماعي و سلامت روان از نظر عوامل تشكيل دهنده بر هم همپوشاني داشته و توانايي سنجش سازه و مفاهيم را دارند. بين گويه هاي مختلف مقياس حمايت اجتماعي با نمره كل رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. اين ضرايب بيانگر وجود رابطه قوي بين سوال ها و نمره كل است كه نشان دهنده همساني دروني و هم چنين روايي همگرا است. نتايج مربوط به تحليل عامل نشان دهنده تاييد دو عامل از پنج عامل مقياس حمايت اجتماعي است كه عامل اول تحت عنوان حمايت هيجاني، مهرباني با تعامل اجتماعي و عامل دوم تحت عنوان حمايت ملموس با اطلاع رساني نامگذاري شده است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: مقياس حمايت اجتماعي(MOS) ابزاري مفيد به منظور استفاده در زمينه يابي پيامدهاي پزشكي است.

Introduction:nbsp;In this crosssectional study to assess the reliability and validity of the Social Support Scalenbsp; MOS,one of the social factors determining health which refers to the importance of the human social dimension and has gained increasing attention in recent years is social support.nbsp; Due to evidence regarding positive effects of social support on various psychological, physical, cognitive and social aspects of individuals and its influence on various occupational and educational areas and eventually the role of social support in recovery from ,some psychological and physical ailments, in this study, the psychometry of this scale has been evaluated in adult patients with chronic disease in the city of Ilam. Materials methods:nbsp;The tool used in this study was the social support scale which has 19 items each of which has 5 choices scored from 1 to 5. Sample size was estimated at 384 individuals and for increased precision; it has been increased to 400 people.nbsp; To evaluate reliability of the test, Cronbachrsquo;s alpha was calculated and concurrent validity determination and factor analysis were also performed.nbsp; Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used and data was analyzed using SPSS version 20 software. Findings:nbsp;The Cronbachrsquo;s alpha coefficient for the social support scale was 0.96 which shows precision and sensitivity of the scale for measuring these qualities. The scores of the social support scale and mental health regarding constituents overlapped and have the ability to evaluate constructs and concepts Meaningful relation exists between various items of the social support scale and total score.nbsp; These coefficients show the presence of strong correlation between the questions and overall score which shows internal consistency and convergent validity. Results of factor analysis shows confirmation of 2 from 5 factors of the social support scale. The first factor is named affectionate support, kindness with social interaction and the second factor is termed tangible with informational support. Discussion Conclusions:nbsp;social support scale (MOS) is a useful tool to use in medical implications survey.
