معيارهاي ارزشيابي اساتيد در انديشه دانشجويان، پژوهشي در دانشكده مديريت و حسابداري دانشگاه علامه طباطبائي

Academic Evaluation Criteria in Mind Research Students in the School of Management and Accounting of Allameh Tabatabai University

ارزشيابي، فرايندي فراگير و ضروري براي تمامي سازمان هاست و براي مؤسسات آموزش عالي، كه عدالت و تعالي را هدف خود قرار داده اند، ضرورتي بيشتر دارد. در اين ميان ارزشيابي اساتيد دانشگاه ها به عنوان يكي از اصلي ترين اركان در اين زمينه اهميت ويژه اي دارد. اجراي يك ارزشيابي درست مستلزم انتخاب معيارهاي مناسب است چون انتخاب معيارهاي صحيح نتيجه ارزشيابي را معتبر مي سازد. در اين پژوهش به شناسايي و رتبه بندي هفت معيار ارزشيابي اساتيد از ديدگاه دانشجويان پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماري دانشجويان دانشكده مديريت و حسابداري دانشگاه علامه طباطبائي بوده اند و براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. تحليل داده هاي گردآوري شده نشان داد از نظر دانشجويان معيارهاي دانش و توانمندي علمي، مسئوليت پذيري، توانايي برقراري ارتباط با دانشجويان، حامي بودن نسبت به دانشجويان، قابليت ايجاد علاقه و انگيزه، مهارتهاي تدريس و عدالت در رفتار معيارهاي مناسب مي باشند. همچنين آزمون رتبه بندي نشان داد كه در بين معيارهاي مذكور معيارهاي حامي بودن نسبت به دانشجويان به همراه دانش و توانمندي علمي استاد بالاترين اولويت، و معيار عدالت در رفتار پايين ترين اولويت را دارا مي باشند.

Evaluation, is acquisition and necessary for all organizations and institutions of higher education, justice and perfection are targeting, is more necessary. The evaluation of university professors as one of the main pillars in this area is important. Implementation of a proper evaluation requires the selection of appropriate criteria such as choosing the correct criteria thus makes a valid evaluation. In this study is to identify and rank the seven criteria of teacher evaluation is discussed from the perspective of students.The students of the Faculty of Management and Accounting of Allameh Tabatabai University and questionnaires were used to collect data. Analysis of the data showed that measures student knowledge and scientific capability, responsibility, ability to communicate with students, being supportive of the students, the ability to create interest and motivation, teaching skills and standards of behavior are appropriate justice. Test ratings also showed that among the criteria for support measures with regard to students with the knowledge and scientific capability professor highest priority, and the criteria of justice in behavior have the lowest priority.
