نقد چارچوب تحليلي مواجهه با فساد و رانت‎جويي در مقالات فارسي‌زبان

Analytical Framework to Deal with Corruption and Rent-seeking Review in the Persian-Language Articles

پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤال است كه آيا نظريۀ دولت رانتي آن گونه كه در مقالات فارسي‌زبان انعكاس يافته، مي‌تواند به عنوان ابزار تحليلي مناسبي براي تبيين فساد اداري به كار رود يا نه. از اين رو، به مطالعۀ 44 مقاله در اين زمينه پرداخته و با روش تحليل مضموني، پس از رسيدن به اشباع نظري، اصول موضوعه‌اي را استخراج كرده كه در ارتباط شبكه‌اي با همديگر، شالودۀ بنيادينِ طيف متنوعي از مقالات چاپ‌شده را تشكيل مي‌دهند. در ادامه، نشان داده ‌شد كه اين انگارۀ شبكه‌اي براي بقاي خود، ناچار واقعيت را ناديده مي‌گيرد و آن را به قامت خود درمي‌آورد. نتيجۀ چنين انگاره اي اين است كه مقالات علميِ فارسي‌زبان، در اين زمينه، به جاي كمك به فهم فساد اداري، واقعيت را ناديده مي گيرد، لذا كاربست آن به عنوان ابزار تحليلي مناسب، نيازمند بازبيني جدي است. در پايان نيز، ضمنِ نقد اصول موضوعۀ اين انگاره، بر بخش‌هايي از واقعيت تأكيد گرديد كه از ديد چنين «منظومۀ انديشگي» پنهان مانده و لذا نيازمند تأمل و بازبيني است.

This study seeks to answer the question of whether the rentier state theory as reflected in Persianlanguage articles, can be used as an analytical tool for explaining corruption or not. Therefore, the study of 44 articles in this context, and with content analysis, after reaching theoretical saturation, extract postulates that the fundamental foundation in networking with each other to form and sustain a diverse range of published articles have at least 20 years.In addition, we have shown that we can bring in the idea of the network as "cognitive schemas" for their survival, and it ignores the reality inevitably catching stature.The effect of these schemes is that Persianlanguage scientific articles, in this context, instead of trying to understand the everyday corruption that is irrefutable face it, the only thought to reproduce these systems are unwanted closing the way to better understanding. Finally, the statutory principles of the scheme, was trying to illuminate portions of the fact that the sight of such a "system of thought" is hidden and therefore requires scrutiny and speculation.
