درياي خزر به عنوان بزرگترين درياچه روي زمين با دارا بودن شرايط مساعد زيست محيطي و خلق چشم اندازهاي زيباي طبيعي و توريستي در سواحل جنوبي آن از موقعيت منحصر به فردي برخوردار مي باشد. به همين دليل اين سواحل همه ساله پذيراي ميليونها گردشگر بوده كه براي استفاده از اين موهبت الهي با استفاده از قايقهاي تفريحي به گردشگري دريايي مي پردازند. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناسايي ميزان تاثير ساماندهي شناورهاي تفريحي در ارتقاء امنيت عمومي مرزنشينان استان مازندران مي باشد اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، روش تحقيق پيمايشي كه براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري و روش نمونه گيري: جامعه آماري تحقيق، مالكان شناورهاي تفريحي و مسئولاني كه دخيل در امر ساماندهي هستند، در نظر گرفته شد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران با خطاي 0/05 و دقت آزمون 0/07 و روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده، حدود 180 نفر از جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه انتخاب ، كه اثرات متغير مستقل ( ساماندهي شناورهاي تفريحي ) بر متغير وابسته ( امنيت عمومي مرزنشينان استان مازندران) بررسي گرديد كه اعتبار روايي پرسشنامه 86% به روش آلفاي گرونباخ مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. پس از تجزيه و تحليل تحقيق با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده تاييد گرديده كه بين كنترل ، تعامل و مشاركت با سطح معنا داري 0/05 و احتمال 0/95 و ارتقاء امنيت عمومي ارتباط معنا داري وجود دارد كه هر چه مقدار ساماندهي و كنترل شناورهاي تفريحي توسط درياباني استان مازندران و همچنين تعامل و مشاركت قايقرانان تفريحي با درياباني افزايش يابد بالطبع ميزان امنيت عمومي در نوار ساحلي استان مازندران افزايش مي يابد.

Caspian Sea, as the largest of Lake on the earth by having the environmental conditions conducive and the creation naturally beautiful landscapes and tourist destinations in the southern coasts, should make that possible a unique situation. For this reason, these beaches every year receives millions tourists who take advantage of this gift of God, using their recreational boats to maritime of tourism. The main purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of recreational boats organization in the promotion of public security for the frontiersmen Mazandaran province. The study from to goal applied a method of survey research for collecting information from the questionnaires and interviews were used. The statistical population and sling methods:The statistical population of research, the owners of recreational boats and officials who are involved in the organization, was considered the sle using Cochran formula test error of 0.05, 0.07 and simple random sling method, about 180 people chosen from the statistical population, the effects of the independent variable (organizing of recreational boats) on the dependent variable (public security frontiersmen Mazandaran province) were investigated That the validity of validity of questionnaire, 86% to the Cronbachʹs alpha was approved. After the analysis, the results obtained have been approved between control, interaction and participation, with a significance level of 0.05 and 0.95 probabilities and promoting of Public Security, there is a significant relationship that how much of organizing and control of recreational boats by the Navy of recreational boaters of Mazandaran province and also interact and participate with the Navy to increase, thus increasing the amount of Public Security in the coastal strip of Mazandaran province.
