تاثير قاچاق سلاح و مهمات عبوري از مرزهاي غربي بر وقوع جرايم مسلحانه

The Effect of Weapons and Ammunition Smuggling through the Western Borders on the Armed Crimes Occurrence

ترويج قاچاق سلاح و مهمات در كشورها بهويژه در مناطق مرزي زمينهساز افزايش جرايم مسلحانه بوده كه اين امر تاثيري عمده در اشاعه ناامني و بحران هاي ناشي از آن (از قبيل سرقت هاي مسلحانه و راه زني، آدم ربايي و گروگان گيري، قتل و شرارت هاي مسلحانه و استقلال طلبي و...) را خواهد داشت. با توجه به اينكه يكي از جنبه هاي پيشرفت، گستره اطلاعات به منظور شناخت تهديدات، پيشگيري از جرم و استقرار نظم و امنيت خواهد بود، ليكن پژوهش حاضر به تبيين تأثيرات سوء قاچاق سلاح و مهمات بر وقوع جرايم مسلحانه در محدوده مكاني شهرستان اسلام آباد غرب در سال هاي 1380 تا 1385 پرداخته است كه با استفاده از روش توصيفي پيمايشي و بهره گيري از اطلاعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي و بر اساس نظر سنجي از جامعه آماري در محدوده ي مكاني و زماني تحقيق با استفاده از ابزارهاي پرسشنامه و مصاحبه به مرحله اجراء درآمده كه نتايج حاصله با تحليل آماري توصيفي ارائه شده است. در مسير دستيابي به اهداف تحقيق ضمن نتيجه گيري از دستاوردهاي آن پيشنهادهاي كاربردي (درون سازماني و برون سازماني) ارائه گرديد، ليكن فرضيات تحقيق به تناسب سوالات اصلي و فرعي طرح مورد بررسي و تحقيق قرار گرفت و با آزمو ن هاي آماري ارزيابي گرديد. نتايج ارزيابي فرضيات حاكي است، قاچاق سلاح و مهمات بر افزايش جرايم مسلحانه (به ويژه سرقت هاي مسلحانه و راه زني، آدم ربايي و گروگان گيري، قتل و شرارت هاي مسلحانه) تأثير ويژه اي دارد.

Promoting the smuggling of weapons and ammunition in the country, especially in border areas, is the underlying cause of the increase in armed crimes and it has the major influence on the spread of insecurity and crisis resulting from it (such as armed robbery and banditry, kidnapping and hostage-taking, murder and armed mischief and seeking independence, etc.). Given that one of the aspects of development is the scope of information to threats identification, crime prevention and maintaining order and security, hence, this study is to explain the negative effect of smuggling weapons and ammunition on armed crimes in the West Islamabad city during 2001-2006. This study is conducted in descriptive-analytic method using documentary and library studies, surveying the statistical population in the spatial and temporal range of the study, questionnaire and interview. The results are presented using descriptive statistical analysis. On the track to meet the goals, in addition to the conclusions of its achievements practical suggestions (within and out of organization) were presented the hypotheses related to the main and secondary questions were investigated and evaluated by statistical tests. The results of hypotheses testing show that smuggling weapons and ammunition has especial effective on increasing armed crimes (especially armed robberies, banditry, kidnapping and hostage-taking, murder and armed mischief).
