بررسي و سنجش احساس امنيت اجتماعي شهروندان شهر مرزي سرخس

Investigating and Analysis of the Sense of Social Security among Sarakhs Border City Residents

امنيت از پيش نيازهاي يك جامعه سالم است و نخستين شرط لازم براي پيشرفت و رسيدن به توسعه پايدار براي جامعه محسوب مي شود. احساس امنيت، بسترساز توسعه جوامع انساني و سعادت يك اجتماع سالم در گرو حفظ و بقاي امنيت و احساس آن است. با توجه به گسترش شهرنشيني و رواج ناامني هاي اجتماعي در شهرها، به ويژه شهرهاي مرزي مطالعه موضوع امنيت و عوامل مؤثر بر آن و راهكارهاي تقويت احساس امنيت در شهرها ضرورت يافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش احساس امنيت شهروندان در شهر مرزي سرخس مي باشد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي و به لحاظ نوع كاربردي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه ساكنان 15 تا 54 ساله ساكن در شهر سرخس در سال 1393 مي باشند. براي نمونه گيري از شيوه نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي استفاده شده و حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه 247 نفر مي باشد. ابزار تحقيق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده كه روايي آن از طريق اعتبار محتوا و پايايي آن از طريق محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ سنجيده شد. تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام گرفته است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه ميزان احساس امنيت اجتماعي در بين شهروندان شهر مرزي سرخس (بر اساس ميانگين ها) در طيف نسبتاً مطلوبي قرار دارد. همچنين بين احساس امنيت اجتماعي و اعتماد اجتماعي، امنيت جاني، فضاي فيزيكي- اجتماعي شهر و عملكرد نيروي انتظامي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. در نهايت راهكارهاي مناسب براي ارتقاي امنيت اجتماعي در شهر مرزي سرخس ارائه شده است.

Security is one of the preliminaries of a healthy society and it is considered as the first essential condition for achieving progress and sustainable development for the society. Sense of security is the building block of human societiesʹ development and the felicity of a healthy society is bound with maintaining security and sense of security. Considering urban life expansion and the distribution of social insecurities in cities, particularly the border cities of the study, the security issue and the affecting factors and the sense of security strengthening strategies in cities have become necessary. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the sense of social security in Sarakhs border city. This study is of descriptive-analytic research type and in terms of its nature it is considered as an applied research type. The statistical population of the study includes all the 15-54-year-old residents of Sarakhs in 2014. The multistage cluster sling method was employed for sle selection. The sle size of the study contains 247 individuals. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content analysis and the reliability was measured by Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data analyses were conducted using SPSS software. The research findings indicated that the level of sense of social security among the residents of Sarakhs border city is relatively pleasant. There is also a significant relationship between sense of social security, social trust, life security, the social-physical space of the city and police performance. Finally, the appropriate guidelines for promoting social security in Sarakhs border city have been presented.
