چكيده فارسي :
پيش زمينه وهدف:هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي اثربخشي شناخت درماني مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي بر كاهش اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي در نوجوانان مبتلا به همبودي اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي بود.
مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح آزمايشي پيش آزمون پس آزمون و پيگيري با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول و دوم مبتلا به همبودي اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي شهر خرم آباد در سال تحصيلي 951394 بود؛ كه به منظور اجراي پژوهش غربالگري انجام گرفت كه ابتدا 437 شركت كننده با دامنه سني 14 تا 17 سال،پرسشنامه هاي اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي را تكميل نمودندكه از ميان آن ها 30 نفر مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي همراه بالا (يك انحراف معيار بالاتر از ميانگين گروه) انتخاب گرديد، سپس 30 نفر منتخب به صورت تصادفي به دو گروه پانزده تايي آزمايش و گواه تقسيم شدند. گروه آزمايش 8 جلسه 2 ساعته (هفته اي يك جلسه) به مدت 2 ماه به صورت گروهي تحت آموزش شناخت درماني مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي قرار گرفتند. بعد از اتمام جلسات و 2ماه بعد از آموزش هر دو گروه به پرسشنامه هاي اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي پاسخ دادند. تحليل داده هاي خام با استفاده از spss19 و اجراي آزمون هاي توصيفي و استنباطي ازجمله آناليز كوواريانس صورت گرفت.
يافته ها: گروه آزمايش كاهش معني داري در اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي بعد از دريافت آموزش نشان دادند (001/0>P). ضمن اين كه نتايج در مرحله پيگيري نيز حفظ شد.
نتيجه گيري: مشاهدات حاضر مؤيد اثربخشيMBCT، در كاهش ميزان اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي نوجوانان مبتلا به همبودي اضطراب اجتماعي و افسردگي است.
چكيده لاتين :
Background Aims: The aim of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of mindfulnessbased cognitive therapy on reducing social anxiety and depression in adolescents suffering comorbidity social anxiety and depression to 60 day follow up.
Materials Methods: The present experimental study included pretest, posttest and followup with the control group design. Statistical population of this study contained all female students of 1st and 2nd high school grades suffering comorbidity social anxiety and depression, of Khorramabad city in 201516. Screening was conducted and 437 participants with the age range of 1417 completed the social anxiety and depression questionnaires. There were 30 individuals suffering social anxiety and high depression who were randomly divided into two experimentation and control groups. Experimentation group was imposed to training the mindfulnessbased cognitive therapy (MBCT) during 8 sessions each session lasted for 2 hours that is one session in a week lasting for two months. After completing the sessions and two months after training, both group responded the social anxiety and depression questionnaires. Analysis of the data was done using SPSS and descriptive and inferential tests such as covariance analysis was conducted.
Results: Experimental group showed significant decreasein social anxiety and depression after being trained (p<0/001). Meanwhile, findings were also preserved in the followup phase.
Conclusion: The current observations confirmed the effectiveness of MBCT in reduction of the level of social anxiety and depression in adolescences suffering comorbidity of social anxiety disorder and depression.
