تحليل شاخص هاي مرتبط با تشكيل و توسعه تعاوني هاي دانش آموختگان رشته هاي كشاورزي

Analysis the factors affecting on establishment and development of the graduates Cooperatives

در اين تحقيق نقش تعاوني ها در بهبود اشتغال دانش آموختگان جوان رشته هاي كشاورزي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است .جامعه آماري تحقيق 600 نفر شامل فارغ التحصيلان رشته هاي كشاورزي در بين سال هاي 1390تا 1393 از دانشگاه بو علي سينا همدان مي باشند. از بين آن ها تعداد 234 نفر به عنوان نمونه هاي آماري با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان و روش نمونه گيري سيستماتيك انتخاب شدند. روايي پرسشنامه توسط افراد صاحب نظر و خبره مورد بررسي محتوايي قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه ها نيز با انجام پيش آزمون بر روي 25 نفر از دانش آموختگان كشاورزي و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان 91 درصد براي سوالات بخش ويژگي‌ها و 79 درصد براي سوالات بخش عوامل موثر مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بيش از 80 درصد از دانش آموختگان مورد مطالعه در هيچ تعاوني تاكنون عضو نشده اند، ولي 73 درصد از آن ها علاقمند به عضويت در تعاوني دانش آموختگان كشاورزي هستند. نتايج تحقيق همچنين نشان داد عواملي نظير حمايت همه جانبه دولت، نقش فرهنگي اجتماعي، اعتقاد و باور به تعاون مهم‌ترين عوامل در تشكيل و توسعه تعاوني‌هاي دانش آموختگان كشاورزي بوده اند. ساير عوامل به ترتيب شامل كارآفريني و اشتغالزايي، آموزش و مشاوره، حمايت مالي و اعتباري، و حمايت رسانه ها بوده اند.

Undoubtedly, cooperative model is one of the most useful solutions to improve university graduates#039 employment. In this study the role of cooperatives in improving young graduates#039 employment majoring in agricultural sciences has been investigated. The statistical population of the study included 600 graduates between the years 2011 until 2014 from BuAliSina University in Hamedan. Among them 234 people were systematically selected as sles. The questionnaire was validated by a group of experts during a content and face validity method. Reliability of questionnaires first, was done through a pretest process by a number of 25 agricultural graduates, then for calculating reliability coefficient of items in the questionnaire, a Cronbach Alpha test was used by SPSS software. The items were accordingly validated by 91 percent for the questions of characteristics and 79 percent for the questions of affective factors. The results showed that more than 80 percent of the respondent#039 s graduates were not members of any cooperative so far, but 73 percent of them were interested in membership in agricultural related cooperatives. The results also showed the factors such as a comprehensive support by the government, cultural and information contribution, belief and accredit to cooperation, were the most important factors in improving the employment situation of the agricultural graduates. Other factors were selfemployment and entrepreneurship, training and advisory work, financial and credit support, and media support respectively.
