تحليل آماري ميزان توليد، مصرف و تجارت جهاني صنعت سيمان ايران در مقايسه با كشورهاي صاحب اين صنعت در جهان

Statistical Analysis of Production, Consumption and Universal Trade of the Cement Industry of Iran in Comparison with the Worldʹʹs Main Countries

: در پژوهش حاضر وضعيت صنعت سيمان كشور ايران و كشورهاي صاحب اين صنعت در جهان يعني چين، هند، ايالات متحده آمريكا و تركيه در زمينه هاي مختلف توليد، مصرف داخلي و تجارت جهاني، در يك دوره‌ي زماني 15 ساله (13??-13?? شمسي و 20??-20?? ميلادي) مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفته است. مهم ترين بازارهاي هدف صادرات سيمان ايران، شناسايي شده و مقدار وزني و ارزش ارزي صادرات سيمان به آن‌ها طي سال هاي مختلف بررسي شده است. همچنين سهم نسبي از كل توليد جهان و ارزش ارزي جهاني صادرات سيمان ايران و قاره هاي مختلف جهان، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهند كه ايران در سال 1393 با توليد ???? ميليون تن سيمان، بزرگ ترين توليدكننده‌ي سيمان در منطقه‌ي خاورميانه و چهارمين توليدكننده‌ي بزرگ سيمان جهان بوده و در سال 2013 ميلادي مقام اول صادرات سيمان جهان را به خود اختصاص داده است. در حال حاضر سيمان ايران به 30 كشور جهان صادر مي شود كه در طول 15 سال اخير كشور عراق با سهم نسبي متوسط ???? درصد از كل صادرات سيمان ايران، اصلي ترين بازار هدف صادرات سيمان ايران بوده است. ايران در طول شش سال اخير (20??-20?? ميلادي) ???? درصد از توليد قاره‌ي آسيا، ???? درصد از كل توليد جهاني، ???? درصد از ارزش ارزي صادرات قاره‌ي آسيا و ???? درصد از كل ارزش ارزي صادرات جهاني سيمان را به خود اختصاص داده است. مقدار وزني و ميزان درامد ارزي صادرات فراورده هاي سيماني ايران طي چند سال اخير (13??-13??) نيز تاحدودي افزايش يافته كه نشان از توان بالقوه‌ي كشور در توليد فراورده هاي سيماني داشته و جهت سوداوري بيش‌تر، بايستي اين قابليت مورد توجه بيش‌تري قرار گيرد.

In the present research, the situation of cement industry of Iran and main countries of the world in this industry containing China, India, the United States of America and Turkey in various fields including production, consumption and universal trade for a period of 15 years (1379-1393 in Persian calendar and 2000-2014) has statistically been analyzed. The main target markets of Iranʹs cement exports have been identified, as well as the measure and currency value of cement exports to them have been studied in the various years. The relative quota of Iran and the various continents from the total world production and export value of global currencies have also been surveyed. The results of this research reveal that Iran by producing 66.5 Mt of cement in 1393 in Persian calendar has achieved the first place of cement producers in the Middle East, the worldʹs fourth largest producer of cement and the first place of the world exporters of cement. At the moment the cement of Iran is exported to 30 countries, whereas over the past 15 years Iraq with relative quota of 53.6 percent from the whole cement exports of Iran is the main target market of Iran. For the six past years (2009-2014) Iran has attained 12.2 and 72.1 percent of Asia and the worldʹs cement production respectively as well as 53.2 and 19.1 percent of currency value of cement exports from Asia and the world respectively. During the last several years (1388-1393 in Persian calendar) both the amount and exports currency of cement products of Iran have also increased slightly which deal with the potential of the country to produce such products, therefore to achieve more benefits this capability needs more attention. At the end the current exports problems of Iranʹs cement have also been reviewed and to overcome them some overall strategies were offered.
