A Study on Scientific Collaboration and individuals’ Article Frequency

مقدمه: امروزه همكاري‌هاي علمي داراي روندي افزايشي و موكد در مجلات علمي مي‌باشد. از اين‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش تحليل ساختار شبكه هم‌تاليفي نويسندگان نشريه مديريت اطلاعات سلامت انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي بود كه با روش توصيفي صورت گرفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه را 568 مقاله منتشر شده در نشريه مديريت اطلاعات سلامت، از سال 1385 تا اواخر خرداد 1393 تشكيل داد. جهت تحليل داده‌ها از فنون تحليل شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي و همبستگي استفاده شد. براي تحليل شبكه هم‌تاليفي پژوهشگران نيز نرم‌افزار تحليل شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي UCINET (نسخه 6) و نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: بيشترين درصد از كل مقالات تاليف شده در نشريه مديريت اطلاعات سلامت را مقالات سه نويسنده‌اي تشكيل داد. 25 درصد از كل نويسندگان، از افراد موثر اين حوزه به شمار مي‌رفتند كه نقشي اساسي را در توليد بيشتر مقالات ايفا كرده بودند. همكاري نويسندگان با افراد ضعيف از لحاظ مركزيت رتبه‌اي در بالا بردن فراواني مقالات نويسندگان، نقش موثري داشت. در نهايت، نويسندگان مقالات نشريه به سه دسته برجسته، پركار و كم‌كار تقسيم شدند كه به نظر مي‌رسد، افزايش تعداد نويسندگان برجسته در اين نشريه بايد يكي از سياست‌هاي نشريه باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: روند رشد هم‌تاليفي در مقالات نشريه مديريت اطلاعات سلامت، مسير افزايشي را طي نموده است. واژه هاي كليدي:همكاري؛‎ ‎‏ مقاله مجله؛ نشريات ادواري؛ هم‌تاليفي

Abstract Introduction: Today, scientific collaboration has a rising trend in scientific journals. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to analyze the co-authorship network among authors of the Journal of Health Information Management (JHIM). Methods: The present applied and descriptive study was conducted through social networks analysis approach. In the present study, 568 articles published in the JHIM from 2006 to 2014 were studied. The data were analyzed using UciNet software and SPSS software. Results: The findings revealed that a large amount of the articles were the results of the collaboration of three main authors. In addition, 25% of the authors were the most influential individuals in producing journal papers. These authors mostly collaborated with authors of lower rank. The authors were divided into 3 categories of outstanding, active, and non-active. Conclusion: It can be concluded that co-authorship has had a rising trend in the JHIM. As the results revealed, the number of articles with multiple authors has increased. It seems that the increasing of outstanding authors should be one of the policies of this journal.
