تحليل سازوكارهاي تأمين مالي كسب‌وكارهاي كوچك و متوسط

Phenomenology of experiences and entrepreneurs’ perceptions of entrepreneurship phenomenon; A qualitative study

تأمين مالي فرايندي است كه در آن مديران كسب‌وكارها براي فراهم‌كردن منابع مالي لازم براي شركت يا پروژه با استفاده از ابزارهاي تأمين مالي اقدام به جمع‌آوري منابع مالي مي‌كنند. تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي پيمايشي است و هدف آن تحليل سازوكارهاي تأمين مالي در شركت‌هاي تعاوني توليد كشاورزي است. جامعه آماري آن را مديران عامل شركت‌هاي تعاوني توليد كشاورزي در استان فارس (620N=) تشكيل مي‌دهند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، 114 نفر از آن‌ها به ‌عنوان نمونه و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي با انتساب متناسب انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوري شدند و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 18 و همچنين نرم‌افزار LISREL نسخه 5/8 تجزيه و تحليل شدند. روايي پرسشنامه با پانل متخصصان بررسي و كسب شد و براي تعيين ميزان پايايي از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد (92/0). نتايج حاصل از رتبه‌بندي سازوكارهاي تأمين مالي در شركت‌هاي تعاوني توليد كشاورزي نشان داد كه اعطاي تسهيلات مالي با نرخ بهره پايين در بالاترين رتبه‌ قرار دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه اين سازوكارها از شش عامل تسهيلاتي، پشتيباني، مشاوره‌اي آموزشي، ارتباطي مشاركتي، فني تخصصي و قوانين و مقررات تشكيل مي‌شود كه در مجموع، حدود 19/63 درصد از كل واريانس را تبيين كردند.

The objective of this survey research was to analysis mechanisms for financing of agricultural production cooperatives. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers of agricultural production cooperatives in Fars province (N=620) out of which 114 people determined as sle using Cochran Formula and proportionate stratified sling technique. The data were collected by a questionnaire developed for the study and were analyzed by SPSS win software and LISREL software. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of expert. In order to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach Alpha coefficients were calculated (0.92). Results of prioritizing mechanisms for financing of agricultural production cooperatives showed that the top two most important mechanisms were given financial facilities with low interest rates for agricultural cooperative and government support from agricultural production cooperatives. Also, to identify the components of mechanisms for financing of agricultural production cooperatives, discovery factor analysis was applies. In addition in order to investigate the fitting indexes surpasses model, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations modeling was used. The results showed that mechanisms are formed in six factors including: facility, support, consulting education, communication participation, technical and regulations that explained about 63.19 percent of variations.
