بررسي نگرش بيماران و انتظارات آن‌ها از نسخه‌هاي تجويزي پزشكان در مراكز بهداشتي-درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهيد بهشتي در سال 1393

The study of patients opinions and their expectations about physicians prescriptions in health centers of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 1393

سابقه و هدف: بخش مهمي از مداواي بيماران، تجويز دارو است و اثرگذاري داروها در ارتباط با نوع مصرف آن هاست، بنابراين پرداختن به نظرات بيماران و انتظارات آن ها از نسخه هاي تجويز شده از سوي پزشكان، امري قابل توجه است. روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه تحقيقي توصيفي، نظرات 196 فرد بالاي 18 سال مراجعه كننده به مراكز بهداشتي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهيد بهشتي در سال 1393، با پرسشنامه بررسي شد و با 17 سوال در يك طيف 5 گزينه اي (به صورت خيلي كم، كم، متوسط، زياد و خيلي زياد)، اطلاعاتي در مورد نظرات بيماران درباره تهيه و مصرف داروها، فرم دارويي مطلوب، اهميت شركت سازنده و تعداد مناسب داروها در هر نسخه، جمع آوري شد. يافته ها: افراد در محدوده سني 8119سال، با ميانگين سني12/9 ± 36/7 كه 74/7 درصد مونث و 25/3 درصد مذكر بودند. در مورد فرم دارويي، اولويت با قرص بود (42/6درصد) و 51/6 درصد در مورد اهميت شركت سازنده، ، ميزان بالاتر از متوسط (زياد و خيلي زياد) را ذكر كردند. 84/2 درصد نيز ذكركردند كه به ميزان بالاتر از متوسط، در مصرف داروها به دستور پزشك توجه مي كنند. در مورد تعداد داروي مناسب در هر نسخه، 54/6 درصد نظر پزشك و 34/7 درصد دو دارو يا كمتر را ترجيح مي دادند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نظرات ارائه شده از سوي بيماران در اين تحقيق، توصيه مي كنيم هر چند وقت يك بار شركت هاي دارويي با سوال هايي مشابه پرسشنامه تحقيق حاضر، نظرات مردم در مورد داروها را جويا شده و در توليدات خود لحاظ كنند. از طرفي پزشكان نيز با نظر به عواملي مثل فرم دارويي مطلوب براي بيماران (قرص)، اهميت شركت سازنده و تعداد اقلام دارويي مناسب از ديدگاه مردم و با توجه به استانداردهاي پزشكي، نسخه هايي متناسب با اين موارد تجويز كرده و از همكاري بيماران در اين زمينه بهره مند شوند.

Background and Aim: An important part of treating patients is drug prescription and the effects of drugs are mostly related to the type of their usage. Thus, paying attention to the opinions and the expectations of patients about prescriptions prescribed by physicians is very important. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, the data were collected from 196 patients older than 18 years old in health centers of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 1393 by using a questionnaire, including 17 questions with 5 options (very low, low, medium, high and very high), provided information around the opinions and expectations of patients about prescriptions. Results: People were in the range of 1981 years old. The age average was 36.71plusmn;12.91, which included 74.7% female and 25.3% male. About the drug form, the preference was tablet (42.6%). In the case of drug manufacturer, 51.6% of participants cited the upper mean (high and very high) importance. 84.2% of participants reported that higher than average they follow the physicianrsquo;s order in using drugs. According to the proper number of prescribed drugs, 54.6% of applicants preferred physicians opinion and 34.7% preferred two drugs or less. Conclusion: According to the patientrsquo;s point of view in this study, we recommend that once in a while the drug manufacturer ask the patients opinion with the same questionnaire and apply them in their future products. Also, according to the desired form of drug (tablet), the importance of drug manufacturer and the proper number of prescribed drugs in patientrsquo;s opinion along with medical standards the physicians will be able to prescribe suitably and rationally. Thus, the advantage of collaboration between patients and clinicians will be the rational use of drugs.
