ارزيابي پورتال‌هاي بيمارستان‌هاي خصوصي مستقر در شهر تهران

Assessment of Web Portals of Private Hospitals in Tehran, Iran

مقدمه: امروزه پورتال‌هاي ‏بيمارستاني نقشي كليدي در اطلاع‌رساني و ارايه خدمات ويژه به مخاطبان دارند. از اين‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي وضعيت ساختار و محتواي پورتال‌هاي ‏بيمارستان‌هاي خصوصي مستقر در شهر تهران انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي بود و به روش توصيفي انجام گرديد. جامعه پژوهش را تمام بيمارستان‌هاي خصوصي شهر تهران (تعداد 34 پورتال‌ بيمارستان) تشكيل داد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، سياهه وارسي بود كه با استفاده از آن، مشاهده هدفمند و جمع‌آوري اطلاعات صورت گرفت. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده با استفاده از تعداد، درصد، امتياز مولفه و معيار، توصيف و ارايه شد. يافته‌ها: پورتال‌ها از نظر معيار اطلاعات تماس، در وضعيت مطلوب؛ از نظر معيار طراحي صفحات، در وضعيت نسبتاً مطلوب؛ از نظر معيارهاي ويژگي فني صفحات، ويژگي صفحات پورتال‌، روابط عمومي، اطلاعات مورد نياز بيماران، اطلاعات عمومي و راه‌هاي دسترسي و خدمات مالي، در وضعيت نامطلوب و از نظر معيارهاي خدمات به بيماران، روزآمدسازي صفحات، خدمات عمومي، خدمات دارويي، پژوهش و آموزش و پزشكي از دور، در وضعيت ضعيف قرار داشتند. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه پورتال‌هاي مورد ارزيابي داراي وضعيت مناسبي نيستند. بنابراين، ضروري است تا با استفاده از نتايج پژوهش مسوولان مربوط به اين حوزه، كيفيت پورتال‌ در زمينه كاربرمداري و خدمات ارتقا يابد. در اين راستا، توجه به بهره‌گيري از فن‌آوري‌هاي روز اطلاعات ضروري مي‌باشد. واژه هاي كليدي:مطالعات ارزيابي؛ پورتال‌ها؛ بيمارستان‌هاي خصوصي؛ خدمات جانبي بيمارستان

Introduction: Today, hospital portals play a key role in the dissemination of information and provision of special services. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of portals of private hospitals in Tehran, Iran, in terms of their content and structure. Methods: This was a descriptive practical study. The research population consisted of the portals (n = 34) of all private hospitals in Tehran. Data gathering tool was a checklist. The data were collected through objective observation. The collected data were presented in number, percentage, and factor and criterion scores. Results: Research findings demonstrated that portals had favorable conditions in terms of contact information. They were relatively favorable in terms of page design. In addition, the portals were unfavorable in terms of page technical specifications, portal page specification, and public relationship, necessary information for patients, general information and access routes, and financial services. Moreover, they were in poor conditions in terms of patient services, page updates, public services, pharmaceutical services, research, education, and telemedicine. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that the studied portals generally had an unfavorable status. Thus, it is necessary that the results of the present study be used by the relevant authorities to increase the quality of these portals in terms of usability and services.
