The role of social institutions in preparing security and crime prevention

امنيت به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين نيازهاي بشري محسوب مي شود. بدون عنصر امنيت، هر گونه فعاليت يا اعمال فردي و اجتماعي با بحران مواجه مي شود. همچنين بسياري امنيت را مايه قوام و دوام جامعه و ستون اصلي بناي توسعه جامعه دانستند. پيشگيري اجتماعي نيز يكي از انواع سطوح امنيت است و با نهادهاي اجتماعي بسيار مرتبط مي باشد. در دنياي امروز، نهادهاي اجتماعي از رهيافت هاي كاركردي متنوعي برخوردارند. كاركردهايي كه هدفشان به سامان رساندن نظم و امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه است. امنيت اجتماعي به عنوان بخشي از شرايط اجتماعي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و سياسي در هر يك از نهادهاي متشكل جامعه از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. آنچه در اين مقاله به آن پرداخته شد، نقش نهادهاي اجتماعي در تامين امنيت و پيشگيري از جرم است. روش نگارش و جمع آوري مطالب به صورت توصيفي و كتابخانه اي است، لذا در مقاله حاضر ضمن ارايه مقدمه، تعاريف و مفاهيم امنيت و نهاد، انواع نهادهاي اجتماعي و وظايف و كاركردهاي آنان؛ سپس رابطه نهادهاي اجتماعي و پيشگيري اجتماعي از جرم اشاره شده است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه نهادهاي اجتماعي داراي كاركردها و اهداف خاصي اند كه شامل تامين امنيت، بسط و توسعه نظم، حل منازعات و در مجموع هدايت و مديريت جامعه مي شود. امنيت اجتماعي مطلوب، محصول كاركرد صحيح تمام نهادهاي اجتماعي است. اين مهم جز با هماهنگي بين دستگاه ها، سازمان ها و نهادها حاصل نمي شود. بنابراين، تحقق امنيت و پيشگيري اجتماعي از جرم بدون همكاري نهادهاي اجتماعي امكان پذير نخواهد بود.

Security is noun as one of the important human needs. Without security, individual or public activity will face with crises. As a matter of fact, security is the base and the durability of the society and the main column of society development. Social prevention is one of the layers of security and it is connected with many of social institutions. Nowadays, social institutions have variety of functional strategy, functional strategy which their target is coordinating the regularity and social security in society. Social security as a part of social conditions, cultural, economic, and political and etc is so important in each social institution. The main subject of this article is the role of social institution in preparing security and social prevention of crime. Methods of writing and data collecting were descriptive and library method. So in this article in adition to introduction, definitions and concepts of security and institution, types of social institutions and their duties and functions, the relation of social institutions and social prevention of crime is described. The results showed that social institutions have functions and specific targets containing security preparing, regularity developing, dispute solving and totally guiding and managing the society. Desired social security is the production of correct activities of all social institutions and this event will happen just with the coordination of organizations and institutions. As a result, security and social prevention of crime without coordinating of social institutions is impossible.
