بررسي راه‌كارهاي افزايش انگيزه كاركنان ناجا جهت جذب در ساحفا ناجا

Strategies for Motivation Increase to Attract Employees in the Police Intelligent Organization

هر سازمان بايستي براي ادامه فعاليت خود بتواند با مشوق‌هايي، افراد مستعد و متخصص را جذب كند و سازمان حفاظت اطلاعات نيز در اين راستا نيازمند كاركناني است كه بتوانند وظيفه خطير حفاظت از يگان‌هاي ناجا را برعهده بگيرند. با توجه به وضعيت دشوار خدمتي در ساحفا ناجا بايستي شرايطي را فراهم كرد تا كاركنان ناجا براي جذب و خدمت در ساحفا ناجا علاقه‌مند شوند. در اين پژوهش، روش به‌كار رفته از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، اسنادي و توصيفي است وسعي شده تا با استفاده از نظريه‌هاي محققان و دانشمندان علوم مديريت و نظر كارشناسان نيروي انساني، روش مناسب ايجاد انگيزه جذب كاركنان ناجا در ساحفاناجا را به‌دست آوريم در نهايت نتايج نشان مي‌دهد بهترين روش براي ايجاد انگيزه در كاركنان ناجا براي جذب در ساحفا ناجا، ايجاد محيط مناسب خدمتي براي كاركنان فعلي و ايجاد رضايتمندي در بين آنان بوده تا با تبليغ وضعيت مناسب خدمتي، ديگران را براي ادامه خدمت در حفا تشويق كنند.

Each organization must be able to continue its activities with incentives, to attract talented people and professionals. Police Intelligent Organization in this regard needs employees who can undertake the important task of protecting police units. Due to the difficult situation in the organization, police service conditions should be provided to employees to be interested and absorbed in Police Intelligent Organization. In this study, the method used for the purpose is applied via using documents and library research. The data were collected through documents. Results showed that creating the perfect environment for current employees and create satisfaction among their service was appropriate to encourage others to continue to serve in Police Intelligent Organization.
