بررسي تاثير دوربين‌هاي كنترل سرعت در كاهش تصادفات

The effect of speed cameras in reducing accidents

سرعت غيرمجاز يكي از تخلفات حادثه‌ساز است كه از اصلي‌ترين علل بروز تصادفات بوده و آمار بالاي آسيب‌هاي جرحي و فوتي را به خود اختصاص داده است. يكي از عواملي كه مي‌تواند باعث كاهش حوادث ناشي از سرعت غيرمجاز شود استفاده از دوربين‌هاي كنترل سرعت و نصب آن‌ها در نقاط مختلف جاده‌اي است. ازاين‌رو مطالعه حاضر به بررسي تاثير دوربين‌هاي كنترل سرعت بر كاهش تصادفات پرداخته است. روش انجام اين تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي بوده و به تحليل و بررسي مطالعات مختلف درزمينه موضوع پژوهش پرداخته است. بر طبق يافته‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده تخلفات مربوط به‌سرعت،33 درصد علت تصادفات را تشكيل مي‌دهند. نصب دوربين‌ها منجر به كاهش 38 درصدي تخلفات، شده است. در ايالات‌متحده، ميزان تخلفات و تصادفات به ترتيب ?? و 70 درصد كاهش‌يافته است. صدمات ترافيكي در فرانسه پس از نصب دوربين21 درصد كاهش را نشان داده است. در ايران با نصب دوربين دريكي از بزرگ‌ترين راه‌هاي ارتباطي، 60 درصد كاهش در تصادفات منجر به جرح اتفاق افتاده است. مطالعات انجام‌شده نشان داد كه نصب دوربين‌هاي كنترل سرعت در اكثر موارد تاثير چشم‌گيري روي كاهش تخلفات و تصادفات داشته و با پايين آوردن آمار آسيب‌هاي جرحي و فوتي، باعث كاهش در خسارات وارده ناشي از تصادفات شده‌اند.

Introduction and aim: Illegal speed is one of the main causes of accidents and dedicated high rates of injury and damage. One of the factors that can reduce accidents caused by speeding is the use of speed cameras and install them in different parts of the road. The present study investigated the effect of speed cameras on reducing accidents. Research Methodology: The research method is that of library and it investigated different studies on the subject in question. Findings: Based on the findings, speeding offences constituted 33 percent of the cause of accident. . Camera installation has led to a reduction of 38% of offence. In the United States the rate of offences and accidents has been decreased 50 and 70 percent respectively. After installing the camera road traffic injuries in France has shown a decrease 21%. Camera installation in one of the largest roads network in Iran caused 60% reduction in accidents leading to injury. Conclusion: Conducted studies show that in most cases installing speed cameras have a remarkable effect on reducing offences and accidents and decreases and reducing the number of injury- and death- led incident caused reduction in damages resulting frim accident.
