The Role of spiritual and mental health in predicting marital satisfaction

رضايت زناشويي به احساسات عيني از خشنودي، رضايت و لذت تجربه‌شده توسط زن و مرد اطلاق مي‌شود كه مي‌تواند انعكاسي از ميزان شادي افراد از روابط زناشويي و يا تركيبي از خشنود بودن به‌واسطه بسياري از عوامل مختص رابطه زناشويي باشد؛ و ازجمله عمل تاثير گزار بر رضايت زناشويي ميزان سلامت زوجين است. ازاين‌رو پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي نقش سلامت معنوي و سلامت روان در پيش‌بيني رضايت زناشويي انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه اين پژوهش شامل كليه معلمان زن متاهل مقطع راهنمايي شهر كرج است كه در سال تحصيلي 95-94 مشغول به تدريس بودند. در اين پژوهش 351 نفر از معلمان زن به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند؛ و داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌هاي رضايت زناشويي اولسون و همكاران (ENRICH)، سلامت معنوي اليسون و پولوتزين(SWBS)و سلامت عمومي گلدبرگ و هيلر (GHQ-28) جمع‌آوري شدند. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي، همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون رگرسيون چند متغيره و از طريق نرم‌افزار spss صورت گرفت. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن بود كه بين سلامت معنوي و سلامت روان با رضايت زناشويي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد سلامت معنوي و سلامت روان توان پيش‌بيني رضايت زناشويي رادارند

Background and purpose: Marital satisfaction is the feeling of happiness, satisfaction, and joy experienced by men and women which may be a reflection of the joy of the marriage or a combination of pleasing the marital relationship due to many factors, and such factors is the impact on marital satisfaction in family health. The study aimed to investigate the role of spiritual health and mental health in predicting marital satisfaction. Methods: The method of research is descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all married women teachers of secondary school teaching in Karaj in the 95-94 school year. In this study, 351 female teachers were selected by cluster sampling and data collected by using Olson and colleagues’s marital satisfaction questionnaire (ENRICH), Ellison Palutzian’s spiritual health (SWBS), Goldberg and Hillerʹs general health (GHQ-28). Data analyzed done by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis through the software spss20. Findings: The results showed that between spiritual health (36/0 = r and 01/0 > P) and mental health (30 / 0- = r and 01/0 > P) is a significant relationship with marital satisfaction and regression analysis showed that spiritual health, mental health and marital satisfaction have predictive power. Discussion and conclusion: The major advantage of the role predictor spiritual health, mental health in marital satisfaction and raise awareness of spouses has effect of both the spiritual and mental health of their satisfaction with life and therefore go up in marital satisfaction.
