اين مطالعه بر كاربرد و استفاده فناوري‌هاي وب 2 و جامعه اطلاعاتي تاكيد دارد. سرويس جديد وب كه همواره افراد را به اطلاعات موردنيازشان متصل مي‌كند، به‌تازگي متصديان مراكز اطلاعاتي را در فهم جايگاه خود دچار مشكل ساخته است. اين سرويس‌ها كه وب 2 نام دارند، بر جامعه نيز تاثيرگذار هستند و مدل‌ها، روش‌هاي جديدي را ارايه مي‌دهند كه مي‌تواند به پيشرفت مراكز اطلاعاتي كمك كند. همچنين، استفاده گسترده از اين سرويس‌ها باعث به‌وجود آمدن تفاوت‌هاي فرهنگي در كاربران مي‌شود؛ تفاوت در رفتار گردآوري اطلاعات، سبك‌هاي ارتباطي و انتظارات. تعدادي سرويس و كاربرد شبكه‌محور وجود دارد كه اساس مفهوم وب 2 را به تصوير مي‌كشند. اين سرويس‌ها شامل ويكي، وبلاگ‌ها، منابع آر.اس.اس، پادكست، مشاپ‌ها، فليكر، شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي، جست‌وجوي اجتماعي، هوش جمعي و غيره است. شبكه 2، حيطه جامعه را تحت‌تاثير خود قرار داده و تغييري نوين را در آينده‌اي نزديك در جوامع نويد مي‌دهد. پيدايش اين مفهوم محيط جامعه اطلاعاتي را تغيير خواهد داد و فرم‌هاي جديدي را به منابع الكترونيكي خواهد بخشيد. چنين چيزي نيازمند آن است كه جامعه با چنين فعاليت‌هايي سازگاري نشان دهد و تصميم‌گيرندگان بايد تدابيري جدي در به‌كارگيري اجزاي سازنده شبكه نوع 2 اتخاذ كنند. وب 2 موضوعي حاكم در جوامع است. وب 2 در نهايت پديده‌اي است اجتماعي كه تجربه‌هاي كاربران در استفاده از شبكه را در بر مي‌گيرد و ماهيت آن با ارتباطي آزاد، از بين رفتن قدرت‌محوري و همچنين آزادي در به اشتراك‌گذاري و استفاده دوباره از محتواي شبكه، مشخص مي‌شود

This study ocused on the application and use of web 2 technologies and information literacy. The new service of webproviding users’ necessary information has recently a difficulty for information center officials in understanding their position. These services, which are called web 2, have certainly great effect on the society services and provide new models and methods, contributing to improvinginformation center services. In addition, the wide use of these services leads to cultural differences among users; differences, which relate to information gathering, communication styles and expectations. This study utilized the descriptive-analytic and documentary methods in order to specify the most important use of web 2 services and their necessity in information literacy. There are a number of web-based services and applications, depicting the fundamental concept of web 2. These services include wikis, weblogs, RSS resources, podcasts, mashups, flickres, social networks, social search, collective intelligence and so forth Web 2 influenced the field of community, and promised a novel change in the near-future web 2 information center. The advent of this concept will change the atmosphere of the electronic information community and will provide novel forms for the resources of electronic community. This causes the community to be accommodated with such activities so that decision-makers should adopt some serious strategies in the application of the building blocks of web 2. Web 2 is a prevailing subject in communities. Web 2 is finally a social phenomenon, including the web usersʹ experiences in web using. The nature of web 2 is determined by an open communication, authority elimination, as well as freedom in web content sharing and reuse.
