بررسي ميزان انطباق چكيده مقالات نشريات فارسي مصوب وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري با استانداردهاي چكيده‌نويسي (ايزو 214)

An Investigation of the Compliance of the Abstracts of Persian JournalArticles Approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology with Abstract-Writing Standards (ISO 214)

در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي 300 چكيده مقاله از نشريات مصوب وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري با روش پيمايشي- توصيفي و با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري كوكران در حوزه‌هاي پنج‌گانه علوم انساني، علوم پايه، فني و مهندسي، هنر و معماري، منابع طبيعي- كشاورزي و دام‌پزشكي بر اساس استاندارد چكيده‌نويسي ايزو 214 پرداخته شده است. ابتدا پژوهشگر با مطالعه استاندارد چكيده‌نويسي ايزو 214، نُه معيار را در حوزه محتوا و سبك چكيده‌ها مشخص كرده و سپس با تهيه سياهه وارسي به بررسي هر مقاله پرداخته است. امتياز هر معيار در مقاله با عدد صفر براي عدم انطباق و با عدد 1 در صورت انطباق كامل تعيين شده است. پس از بررسي، امتياز كل نشريه از نظر انطباق با معيارهاي استاندارد جهاني ايزو 214 محاسبه شده كه يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه پيروي نشريات مورد بررسي از استاندارد ايزو 214 در مجموع 66/88 است. همچنين معيار جايگاه چكيده، استفاده از افعال معلوم و پرهيز از اختصارات به ميزان 100 درصد در كليه چكيده مقالات مورد بررسي لحاظ شده است. پس از آن، بيان هدف پژوهش با 95 درصد و استفاده از ضماير سوم شخص با 94 درصد، بيان نتايج با 79 درصد و ذكر روش پژوهش با 55 درصد در مراتب بعدي قرار دارند.

In this study, 300 abstracts of the publications approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology were investigated according to the abstractingstandard, ISO 214, using the descriptive-survey method and Cochran’s sampling in five areas of humanities, basic science, technical science and engineering, art and architecture, natural resources, agriculture and veterinary. At first, through studying the abstracting standard ISO 214, the researcher specified 9 criteria in content and style and then evaluated each article by preparing a check-list. A zero (0) point is defined for non-compliance criteria and one (1) point for compliance criteria. After the investigation, the journal’s total points in accordance with the international standard ISO 214 were computed. The findings indicated that the compliance of the considered journals with ISO 214 is totally 88/66%. Furthermore, the rank of the articles’ criteria, using active verbs and avoiding abbreviations were considered 100% in all investigated abstracts. Then, the goal of research with 95%, using the third person pronouns with 94%, describing the results with 70% and explaining the research method with 55%.
