بررسي علل تصادف و ارايه راهكارهايي به منظور مديريت ايمن حمل و نقل موتورسيكلت سواران( مطالعه موردي هرمزگان)

Investigating the Causes of Accidents and Offering Solutions to Manage Motorcyclists’ Transportation Safety (Case Study: Hormozgan)

با توجه به حركت رو به رشد ايران در جهت صنعتي شدن، حمل و نقل به عنوان جزيي لاينفك از چرخه زندگي روزانه در كشور محسوب مي گردد .از طرفي موتورسيكلت به دليل قيمت مناسب و ارزان ، حجم كم، بالا بودن قدرت مانور و تحرك، مصرف كم بنزين، كسب درآمد از حمل كالا و مسافر مورد توجه بسياري از افراد قرار مي گيرد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه آمار تصادفات و قربانيان موتور سيكلت در استان هرمزگان نسبت به ميانگين كشوري بيشتر بوده و عامل مهمي كه در اين امر دخيل مي باشد عدم استفاده سرنشينان موتورسيكلت از كلاه ايمني ميباشد (با توجه به هواي گرم و مرطوب استان) و ديگري تمايل افراد 18 الي 24 ساله در انجام حركات نمايشي و تجاوز از سرعت مطمينه بوده است. تجزيه و تحليل آمار تصادفات نشان داد كه شهرستان بندر عباس با 62 درصد تعداد قربانيان در آمار راكبان موتور سوار و 67 درصد قربانيان در مبحث ترك نشين موتور داراي رتبه اول آمار قربانيان در استان هرمزگان مي باشد، همچنين نتايج مربوط به زمان تصادفات بيانگر افزايش قابل ملاحضه تصادفات موتوري در ساعت 12-14 و 18-22 بوده كه علت آن مربوط مي گردد به خلا ترافيكي و احساس امنيت موتور سواران نسبت به مخفي ماندن از ديد پليس و افزايش قدرت مانور موتورسيكلت سواران، و همچنين افزايش تصادفات در ساعات اوليه شب كه مرتبط با حجم تردد وسايل موتوري و افزايش بار ترافيكي در معابر شهري مي باشد. با بررسي آمار و همچنين بررسي نظرات توصيفي كارشناسان تصادفات مشخص گرديد، عدم رعايت حق تقدم، عدم توجه به جلو و فاصله طولي(سرعت)، عدم توانايي كنترل وسيله نقليه (ذهنيت)، حركت در خلاف جهت (عبور ممنوع)، عبور از چراغ قرمز از مهمترين دلايل تصادف موتور سيكلت سواران در استان هرمزگان مي باشد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد از كل آمار قربانيان تصادفات در استان هرمزگان 39 درصد مربوط به تصادف موتورسيكلت مي باشند و 81 درصد افرادي كه از موتور سيكلت استفاده مي كنند داراي مدرك تحصيلي كمتر از ديپلم بوده و حدود 36 درصد از قربانيان تصادفات در اين استان را جوانان بين 18 تا 24 سال تشكيل مي دهند.

According to Iranʹs growing movement toward industrialization, transportation is considered as an integral part of daily life cycle in the country. On the other hand motorcycle is considered by many people due to low cost, low volume, high maneuverability and mobility, low consumption of gasoline and income from the carriage of goods and passengers. The results of the present study showed that the rate of motorcycle accidents and victims is higher in Hormozgan province than the national average and an important factor that is involved is the lack of using helmet (due to hot and humid climate of the province) and the other factor is the tendency of 18 to 24 year old people in performing dramatic movements and exceeding the safe speed. The analysis of accident statistics showed that Bandar Abbas with 62% of the number of motorcyclist victims and 67% of the motorcycle passenger victims has the first rank in Hormozgan Province in his regard. Also the results of the accidents indicate a significant increase in accidents within the hours of 12-14 and 18-22 the reason of which is related to lack of traffic and the false feeling of safety by the motorcyclists to be hidden from the eyes ofpolice and increased maneuverability, as well as an increase in accidents in the early hours of night related to motor vehicle traffic and increase traffic on urban roads. Analyzing the descriptive statistics and the opinions of experts made it clear that lack of observing the yield sign, Lack of attention to the front and longitudinal distance (speed), the inability to control the vehicle (mentality), moving in the opposite direction (forbidden to cross) and running the red lights are the main reasons for accidents in Hormozgan Province. The results showed that out of the total death toll in the province, 39% of are due to motorcycle accidents and 81% of people who use motorcycles have a degree lower than Diploma and about 36% of the victims of accidents are 18 to 24 year old young people.
